This spacious apartment measures approx 1200sq ft. The south west facing balcony is approx 600sq ft. It is on the 1st floor and the block is serviced by a lift and staircase from a basement carpark. There are 2 secure car parking spaces in the basement. The apartment has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra 2 if required. The kitchen is completely fitted out for all self catering needs. There is cable TV and a combi DVD and video. While the apartment is cleaned before and after your visit we ask you to look after it as though it was your own ! Marina Park has a 30 metre pool, kiddies pool and a bar/cafe. There are 2 tennis courts and a children's play area beside the pool area. The open areas are landscaped to a very high standard and generally the development is very well maintained. There is 24 hour security on site.

Lagos is located in the Western Algarve just 50 mins from Faro Airport. A new motorway opened in April 2005 which makes the journey very straight forward. Lagos is a beautiful Portuguese fishing town which has a modern Marina. Marina Park development is situated just 600 metres from the Marina just walking distance to all amenities.Lagos boasts a magnificent 5km sandy beach, quite a historical town of about 20,000 people which is active all year round. The Marina is a first class sailing facility and there are some wonderful bars and restaurants overlooking the water. Dining out in Lagos is a wonderful experience with something for everyone especially the lovers of seafood. There are 4 excellent golf courses within 15 mins drive of Lagos. The closest is Palmares just 2miles away, then there is Boa Vista, Parque de Floresta and The Portuguese Open course of 2004, The Meridien Hotel at Penina.
