Luxury 2005 built apartments – all adjacent second floor, good views of Lagos, countryside and Marina. Within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, the historic town of Lagos, Marina and Meia Praia Beach. For golfers – short drive to 4 courses incl, Boa Vista & Penina. Each apartment has been equipped with the following: 2 quality adult body boards, one 39” (11-14yrs), one 36” (8-11yrs), a carry bag for all four boards. 4 tennis rackets, 4 beach rackets, 1 football, 1 Frisbee, 2 folding beach chairs, 1 parasol, a refrigeration cool box and cool bags. In addition each apartment has access to a library of 35 DVDs, 4 golf trolleys + 4 1/2 sets clubs. Marina Park is 90 hectares –spacious, landscaped gardens, charming water feature, children’s pool, superb large swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, children’s play area and poolside bar serving snacks throughout the day.

Apart B – Bedroom 1 = Double + Single; Bedroom 2 = Twin + Young Adult Bed. For the 3 Apartments, there are 2 cots + 2 high chairs – (these must be pre-booked). Nominal charge of £15 for a cot + high chair per week to cover laundry and cleaning. Although the bedding options would allow a technical maximum of 8 persons + cot, the accommodation is limited to a maximum of 6 persons + cot. The following price list is based on 4 persons sharing. These prices are reduced for 2 and 3 persons BY £30 PER PERSON PER WEEK, and increased for 5 and 6 persons by the same amount (excludes 1st Nov '08 to 21st May '09 & 1st Nov '09 to 21st May '10 ).

Additional information about rental rates

  • Please ask for quote for longer stays between October and May. The tariff includes cleaning before and after each booking, all linen and towels,(except for beach and pool). For stays in excess of one week, a linen and towel change is provided.
  • Bookings will be provisional for two weeks. They may be from any day but we would prefer, if the customer has no preference, a Tuesday or Thursday start and finish. Bookings can be a minimum of a week. (They can be 4, 5 or 6 days but will be charged as a week). Bookings can be for any number of days between 7 and 14, subject to availability. If the booking is for 8 to 13 days and fits a gap, the pro rata weekly rate for the second week will be reduced by 10%. The second week of a two-week booking would attract a 10% discount.
  • The booking deposit is 50% of the holiday rental. This is non-refundable. A booking form is required at time of booking to ensure we have all necessary information. Balance is to be paid a minimum of 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. A returnable damage deposit of £150 should be included with this payment. Normal wear and tear breakage will be overlooked.
