Lovely modern apartment situated in the private complex of Marina Park, suitable for families with children. This lovely complex with sweeping lawns and beautiful gardens sits on top of the hill overlooking the town of Lagos. It has its own outdoor pool for adults & children, play area for children, cafe, bar & tennis courts, an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday. The apartment itself is furnished to the highest quality, there is a spacious lounge with patio doors leading to a large veranda complete with dining table & chairs for al fresco dining during the warm summer months, as well as patio furniture for reading or just relaxing. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 double and the other twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a separate bathroom which services the other bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is air conditioning in lounge and master bedroom. There is a private parking space with access by elevator to apartment floor.

There are lots of beautiful beaches all along the coast, some are small coves with spectacular rock formations and others with vast expanse of superb sand. Marina Park is just a 20 - 25 minute walk from the town centre of Lagos, a picturesque cosmopolitan town with its historic background dating back to the days of the discoveries. There is a new marina and fish market which is a magnet for tourists, a large variety of restaurants to suit all types, whether it be a simple 'pizza' or' fresh grilled sardines' accompanied by a fine red Portuguese wine. There is always a lot of live entertainment in Lagos during the summer months. Sport enthusiasts will find ideal conditions and top class facilities; the golf courses are world famous, the tennis establishments are highly acclaimed and the sun and sea combine to create a paradise for all kinds of water sports.
