A 5 minute stroll across the footbridge from the Marina brings you to the historic and bustling town of Lagos, with its many restaurants, bars and clubs. These brand new apartments are ideal for couples and families and perfectly located within easy access to the beach, town and supermarket. Within 8 minutes walk is Meia Praia beach, one of the longest and most spectacular beaches in the Algarve. Also within a 5-10 minute drive you will find many other sandy and family-friendly beaches with full facilities. These newly-built apartments with their open plan living space, combine style, comfort and convenience.

This top floor 2-bedroom apartment is situated at Lagos Marina, where you will find a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants a minute's walk from your door. A short walk over the footbridge and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 5 to 10 minute walk, and offers a variety of water sport activities. Palmares Golf course, Boavista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 20 minute drive away. The apartment has air conditioning in both bedrooms, and is situated in a newly completed complex within Marina de Lagos. It has a large shared pool with a smaller children's pool for the private use of guests. The master bedroom has a double size bed with en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and there is a further separate bathroom. The lounge/dining room with its sun terrace overlooking the pool and Marina is tastefully furnished with colour TV, DVD and music system. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
