This fully air conditioned apartment has two double bedrooms, one with double bed and on suite, the other with twin beds. There is also a family shower room. The lounge-dining area is fitted with plasma TV, DVD-video and also includes two large double sofa beds. Patio doors lead out onto a large terrace with table and chairs and views overlooking a lagoon, swimming pools and leisure areas. Underground garaging leading to lift for apartment. Video entry phone. Nearby are the train and bus stations for guests choosing not to hire the car. Lagos and its surrounding area offer many outdoor activities. Just a 10 minute walk from the apartment is Meia Praia, one of the longest and least blemished stretches of sandy beach in the Algarve. Here water sports enthusiasts are spoilt for choice and other leisure facilities nearby include five eighteen hole golf courses, tennis courts and horse riding centres, all within a 20 minute drive.

This beautiful two bedroom apartment is set in the marina where small cafes and shops line the quayside. Only a short walk over the bridge takes you to the town centre of Lagos where there are a variety of shops and restaurants. Set at the gateway of the Mediterranean, the coastal town of Lagos was a proud capital of the region in the 14th and 17th Centuries. Present day reveals a charming and carefully preserved seaside resort comprising cobbled streets and historic monuments, enriched by a wide variety of exciting leisure activities. Only a few minutes walk from the apartment are the train and bus stations both providing an easy and convenient means of exploring the local area for guests choosing not to hire the car. Long regarded as one of the Algarve’s most picturesque destinations.

    A car is also available at very reasonable rates. Please contact us via the email for more details.
  • Rental rates include complimentary, unlimited access to the Marina Club, which is only two minutes walk from the apartment, which includes a 30m outdoor pool and children’s pool. Sun loungers and poolside waiter service and a superb sun terrace where you can eat lunch or just drinks or snacks. A smoke alarm has been fitted for your peace of mind. Airport transport can be arranged, please ask for details. We can also offer very competitive car hire rates, please ask us for a quote.
  • Discounted long-term winter lets available. Flexible on changeover days in low season. 20% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due eight weeks prior to arrival. £150 security deposit required with final payment. Returned within one week after departure, please note the deposit will not be used against any small breakages such as crockery.
    The apartment will be available from 2pm on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on day of departure. We will try to accommodate any reasonable variations on these timings where other booking commitments allow.

Within a 30mins drive there are several water & theme parks. The Marina offers boat cruises & fabulous dolphin safaris.

This property was a very well maintained, well positioned and very very spacious. The owners were very helpful and never having been tp portugal before we were aprehensive.no need to worry here . Felt very at ease before we left for the airport. Thank you to you both.

Two Mums on holiday with the children!

My friend and I decided to take the children on holiday for our first visit to Portugal - age range 10 to 17! What a joy it was! The apartment was fabulous - clean, spacious and in a very quiet location (no late night noise!) The owners are more than happy to provide you with information on best places to go, directions to the supermarket and the beach etc - things which can often take you a few days to find out for yourself. The area of Lagos is clean, tidy and very safe! We spent our days by the pool and the beach and our evenings strolling round the old town. The children loved it and the boys enjoyed the night life where they always felt safe. We had a wonderfully relaxing time and are already trying to plan a return trip! Next time I think two weeks are in order!!!

The agents & owners were a pleasure to deal with. Everything is as advertised on the website. Apartment was spotless on arrival & a very comfortable base for our holiday. The inclusive use of the Marine Club pool is a distinct advantage. Close to the Marina's restaurants & bars but these are very civilised & produce no noise or negative impact on the apartment. We had a nightly stroll into the old town with its many quality restaurants & suspect many of you will do likewise - its a pleasureable 10 min promenade. Our deposit was returned speedily & overall I cannot recommend the apartment or the owners enough. Please feel free to contact me should you wish further clarity on any aspect of this as a potential holiday apartment. DISCLAIMER I do not know the owners and I'm not related to them in any way whatsoever: they are complete strangers.

This apartment is fabulous with everything you need close at hand. The rooms are very spacious and the apartment was spotless on arrival.
The large terrace got the sun all afternoon and evening so was fabulous for eating and outdoor cocktails.The Marina club pool and facilties are fab as is the beach which is a short walk away.Lagos old town is vibrant and the choice of restaurants is tremendous.
The owners were extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. We will definately return!
