A modern luxury apartment situated in a small exclusive apartment complex. The complex has a good sized swimming pool with lawned area, and is situated only 5 minutes walk from the Lagos marina, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk from the picturesque town centre. This spacious apartment is located in a quality environment and offers guests a high level of comfort. There is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable seating for 4 people and T.V. The large sun terrace is ideal for breakfast, cocktails and sunbathing. The property has elevator access and its own garage. Shopping centres, restaurants, bars, cafés also lie to hand, as do several Golf Courses and other sports facilities including tennis, surfing, hiking and riding.

Algarve's Beaches: The Algarve is renowned for its ample choice of beautiful clean sandy beaches. Locally, you can choose from Alvor, Meia Praia, Lagos, and Praia da Rocha. Meia Praia is the nearest beach at 600metres. Further west, there are 'private' secluded beaches and coves between Burgau across to Sagres. On the west coast there are many beautiful beaches ideal for surfing with long lines of rollers sweeping in from the open Atlantic. You will be spoilt for choice!

Lagos Marina: This beautiful blue flag marina is within walking distance from the apartment. Relax in one of the cafes watching life in the marina or book one of the many boating excursions available. Barbecue trips, dolphin watching, diving and much more is available here.

Large Groups: There is an additional apartment available in the same block, if you wish to book for more than one family, or a large group - sleeps 4. Please contact us for details.

Golf: The apartment is idealy situated for golfers with 4 top quality golf courses close at hand. Palmares golf course and the recently completed BoaVista championship golf course are within 5 minutes drive. Penina golf course and Parque da Floresta are situated within 15 minutes drive.

We returned yesterday from your apt in Lagos and just wanted to say what a lovely holiday we had. The apartment was fantastic – nice quiet location but still close enough for a walk to town. It was lovely and clean and we really appreciated you providing a cot and highchair. It makes a big difference to stay somewhere clean and very homely – especially with a small child. The pool area was also really clean and well maintained.
We were really surprised about the availability of the secure parking we were relieved that the car would be in a garage.
