Lovely apartment, recently constructed, on the prestigious Marina de Lagos. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor with access by elevator and overlooks the swimming pool complex which consists of an adults pool, separate childrens pool & bar. There is 1 twin bedroom with separate shower room next door and the double bedroom has its own full bathroom en-suite - bathrooms are tiled in marble throughout. The lounge/dining room is furnished with light and modern furniture, ideal for a holiday accommodation. Sliding doors from the lounge lead out to the balcony where one can sit and relax over a glass of wine during the warm, summer evenings. The streamline kitchen in stainless steel is well equipped. The Marina itself is central to all amenities, there is a large supermarket just around the corner, there are plenty of restaurants, cafes & bars on the Marina itself, all within walking distance. There is plenty of parking space by the side of the apartment.

The Algarve is the most southern part of Portugal and this south-facing coastline stretches from Vila Real to Santo António to Sagres. There are approximately 100 beautiful sandy beaches washed by the Atlantic Ocean and due to the maritime shelf and water currents the sea temperature can often be surprisingly warm. The interior from the coast varies in its picturesque appeal due to its variety of fauna, soil and contours. Lagos is an important tourist town with many architectural signs of its ancient past and with its atmosphere and quiet charm is one of the most appealing locations in the Algarve. There are a maze of narrow cobbled streets full of pavement restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as a variety of shops. The Marina de Lagos with its colourful harbour is perfectly located within a 7 minute walk to beach and supermarket.
