Lovely apartment situated on the 5th and top floor of a new private condominium with fantastic sea views. The apartment is furnished to the highest standard, there is a twin bedroom with spacious wardrobes and sliding doors leading onto the balcony. The comfortable lounge/dining room also has sliding doors leading to the same balcony and there is a sofa bed which can be made into a single or double bed. The well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar opening through to the lounge. The balcony is equipped with a BBQ and there is a table and chairs for 'al fresco' dining. The condominium is located within a 10 minute walk of the Marina de Lagos and beach. There is an underground garage and the apartment is accessed by elevator from garage to apartment floor. This location is ideal for families with young children, there is a communal pool for adults & a separate pool for young kiddies, restaurant and a park area. There is a 24 hour security service.

The Algarve, although comparatively small, is a very diverse region. Not only does it have miles of glorious golden coast but it is also surrounded by mountains, valleys, rivers and villages. Although the roads have greatly improved, just a few miles inland, life is much as it has been for centuries. Lagos is one of the most likeable towns on the Algarve coast, it boasts of a colourful Marina at the north end of the harbor-front avenue with its vast array of sailing boats, shops, restaurants, bars etc. The old part of the town with its ancient city walls is very quaint with cobbled pavements, there is a very interesting museum which must be visited and several very old churches. There are plenty of picturesque old fishing villages along the west coast towards Cape St. Vincent. There are a good variety of restaurants with local and international cuisine, serving excellent fresh seafood & wines.
