Comfortably furnished ground floor apartment with small private garden and sea views, located in the much sought after Club Phase of Luz Ocean Club with access to its four pools, and five tennis courts. It is set in beautiful gardens, with plenty of room to run and play. Large sitting/dining room, brand new fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and microwave, and two bedrooms (1 double - 1 twin) The garden, with its large covered eating area makes it ideal for children to play while Mum and Dad sip a glass of wine and the barbecue heats to perfection. Furnished with table and seating for 4 it also has the advantage of ample space for the 4 sun loungers provided.
This apartment is ideal for a beach or activity holiday, being very close to three excellent golf courses with concessionary rates for people staying at the apartment, wonderful walks, also water sports, sea fishing, and horse riding are nearby. (tennis and swimming on site) and just 10 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach. Boat trips to the grottoes, to watch dolphins, and to go deep sea fishing are all available and can be booked locally as can water theme park trips. A car is not necessary but will enable you to explore further afield. Inland to the beautiful Monchique mountains perhaps, or the lovely old sandstone fortress at Silves. Maybe a trip to 'the end of the world' (Cap St Vincent) and then up the west coast to magnificent, deserted beaches.
The village has several well stocked supermarkets and excellent restaurants and bars, whilst the lovely, unspoiled old town of Lagos with its marina, shops and night life is only 5kms to the east.
