This select family run Guest House has 3 double/twin rooms and 4 self catering apartments, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and satellite TV. Most have terraces with superb sea views. There are two lounge areas where you can relax and enjoy satellite TV or Sky TV. A selection of videos and DVD’s are provided, or you can bring your own. If you prefer a quieter relaxing moment, there is a small library where books can be borrowed. The surrounding garden provides a large heated swimming, fully equipped with sunbeds. The use of the BBQ on request is also available. There is also table tennis, table football and a pool table in the games room.

Apartments comprise one double or twin bedroom and a lounge which is equipped with a settee that converts into two single beds and some suites have a chair that converts into an extra single bed. All suites are equipped with a drop leave table and four chairs and most have balconies with sea views All have one bathroom and a kitchenette with Microwave oven/grill and a two burner stove, toaster, sandwich maker, kettle and coffee maker. Kitchenettes are fully equipped for four persons. All Apartments have satellite TV installed and wireless broadband internet access

Notes to the rental rates

• The rates quoted are the prices for the Suite per week based on an occupancy of four and include breakfast. Extra beds can be provided at a cost of £10 per night.
  
• Although rates are quoted in pounds we can take payment for deposits of 25% which are payable at time of making reservation in either pounds or Euros. For bookings of a week or more the balence is payable 30 days before the start of your holiday. For bookings of less than seven days we are happy to take the balance either in cash or by credit card at the hotel.

Golf Information:

The hotel is well located for the international golfer being surrounded by some of the Algarve´s finest golf courses. The nearest being Palmares which is only 2km drive away. The new Boa Vista golf resort is just a 10 minutes drive away on the N125 where further along this road you will find the well known Parque da Floresta resort. There are approximately 24 golf courses in the Algarve all of which are no more than an hours drive away from the hotel
