A truly wonderful apartment in the heart of this upmarket holiday and golf resort. Perfect for holiday makers and golfers, it is an oasis of calm and tranquility even in high season, but close enough to enjoy all the summer activities the Algarve has to offer. The front balcony overlook fountains and lakes and the back the rolling hills of the golf course and surrounding countryside - both have been furnished to enable you to make the most of the views and sunshine. The Tennis, Football and Golf Academies together with large communal swimming pool, children's play areas and superb restaurant and bar means there's plenty to do whatever the age and interests of your party. For golfers specifically, this 18 hole Championship golf course is a joy to play - we liked it so much the first time we played we bought this apartment in the afternoon! The apartment itself is light, bright and spacious and furnished to be a real home from home with Sky TV and free wireless broadband.

Notes to the rental rates

• Winter long lets: £1000 per month.
  Rental rates include 25% discounted golf fees (subject to availability) and 10% of resort purchases including restaurant/bar.
  To make a booking, 25% deposit required to secure. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure together with £100 deposit for breakages/damage (refunded within 7 days of return of keys). £30 per property surcharge for bookings of less than 7 nights.
  
• We can arrange car hire for you at extremely competitive rates using the car hire company that we know and trust. If traveling from Stansted, we can recommend an airport 'meet and greet' service which collects your car from you on arrival at the terminal and delivers it back to departures on your return - providing this service and the secure storage of your car for less than normal car parking charges.

Resort facilities

Boavista offers a wealth of facilities including tennis, football (with superb academies offered by ex professional football during high season), and children's play area. There's also a new health club, fitness centre, sauna and spa within a short stroll of the villa (extra charge applicable). Also within a short walk is the superb new restaurant and bar with stunning views over the surrounding countryside and the Bay of Lagos/Atlantic ocean and a new Italian restaurant is planned to open during the summer.

Golf Information:

A golfer's paradise. First tee of championship golf course to the front. Free use of practice areas (including bunker, chipping, pitching, putting) at the back of the villa. 25% discount on normal golf fees. 10% discount in club house/bar and restaurant. Boavista golf course is a superb golf course - indeed, the first time we played there we bought our first property in the afternoon. It's challenging for the low handicapper (a pro friend of ours think it is the best golf course on the Algarve - and is certainly the best value, even before the discount guests receive by staying at this property). And for the higher handicappers, there's enough room to make mistakes! Other golf courses nearby include Parque da Floresta (10 minutes), Palmares with the longest Par 5 in Europe is just 15 minutes away, and the new course at Silves is getting very good reviews. Vilamoura, Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago etc are about 40 minutes away.
