Notes to the rental rates

The apartment is cleaned and maintained by our on site representatives 'Caraways' who can assist guests during normal office hours on site.
Rental rates include a mid week maid service and towel change, and bed linen changed weekly.Extra cleaning can be arranged if required with a surcharge. High chairs and cots available at extra cost. A provisions welcome pack is also available at extra cost.
We request our guests to provide a security deposit of £200 by cheque against damages, which is returned after your holiday, following satisfactory inspection of the apartment by Caraways.

| Notes: | The apartment has terraced and lawned areas to the front and rear of the property, with access via patio doors, giving extra outdoor space for relaxing or entertaining with a gas bbq.The patio has luxury table and chairs, 3 loungers and a large sun brolly. Electronic metal shutters provide security and keep the apartment cool. All of the rooms are large and spacious and furnished to a very high standard. The luxury fully equiped kitchen with granite worksurfaces and BOSCH appliances has been extensively equipped for eating in. The living room is equipped with a 42' plasma TV with DVD player and Sky. IPod docking station, Nokia mobile phone charger and many games and books for reading whilst taking in the views or relaxing on the sunbeds. A hairdryer is also provided. Also an iron and ironing board. A lockable safe is fitted in the master bedroom. Free wi-fi internet access is available in the resort club house lounge/bar area, your own device is necessary. |
Golf Information
Guests offered a 25% reduction on green fees. Boavista golf course (18 holes) offers a unique and enjoyable golfing experience. The freshly manicured rolling fairways weave their way between lakes with fountains and shrewdly placed bunkers, giving a variety of challenges for golfers of all abilities. There is also teaching academy, driving range, pitching and chipping areas, practice bunkers and putting greens. The apartment offers the chance to sit and watch the action on the challenging par 3 hole with its tee shot over the lake and fountain into an undulating green. This leads to the 15th and 16th fairway, both easily visible from the comfort of your sunlounger - what a golfers paradise! With over 300 days of sunshine per year the Algarve is the ultimate all year-round golfing experience. Winters are mild with warm sunny days .Boavista is the perfect base to play some 20 courses within one hours drive. Nearby are Palmares, Parque de Floresta, and Penina (all 10 - 15 min drive).
Location
The Western Algarve is a place of outstanding natural beauty with fantastic golden, sandy beaches and national parks. It is a haven for those in search of tranquility and the chance to experience real Portuguese life in small towns and picturesque fishing villages. The resort has an excellent location being 3 kilometres from Lagos, an historic and ancient walled town with bustling markets, boutique shops, marina offering contemporary cafe bars and restaurants. Lagos also boasts the Meia Praia beach of 6km, which is the longest and most spectacular beach in the Algarve. Unspolit beaches and coves surround the area in both directions along the coast line.
Resort Facilities
The Boavista resort has something to suit everybody - a fantastic championship golf course and academy, clubhouse, indoor and outdoor heated pools, children pool's, jacuzzi, sauna, health club/spa, gym, tennis academy, football pitch with children's training on offer, and a play area. The brand new luxuriuos clubhouse offers wining and dining with a range of traditional Portuguese and European cuisine alike. There is also a bar snacks service during the day. All beverages can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the 18th hole.(Guests enjoy a 10% reduction). The clubhouse offers free wi-fi There is also a brand new on site alternative restaurant, within walking distance. There is a wealth of dining places in the area for which we have left recommendations in the apartment. Taxis are available for around 7 euros to Lagos and Luz. What a fantastic find. Having just returned from a long weekend at this apartment we are already planing when we can go back next year. It exceedes the description, it is far bigger and even more luxurious than it looks in the photos. We were really pleased. The standard of cleanliness is excellent, everything looked brand new.
The view over the golf course kept the golfers in our group entertained for hours. The patio area is very private but at the same time has an excellent view. They also enjoyed two rounds whilst we were there and said the course was very good.
The beautiful swimming pool is about 10 steps away from the front of the apartment. The gym is the main clubhouse had a good range of very modren equipment.
There are several excellent restaurants within a 5 minute drive in either Lagos or Praia Da Luz. We also used the taxi card that had been left in the apartment to book a taxi one night which only cost 8 euros.
We would recommend this proprty to both friends and family, with or without children, golfers and non-golfers. We are hoping to return again with family, but the men are also planning a golf trip with friends already!! The owners provided lots of helpful information, were flexible with arrival dates and times, and also the duration of the stay.
