Lovely waterfront apartment on Lagos marina

This modern, very bright and spacious Marina 3rd. floor apartment with lift, is fully air conditioned, tastefully furnished and equipped. It features a well appointed kitchen and 2 double bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes and french windows overlooking either Meia Praia beach and the main Marina building with shops, cafés and restaurants, or the terrace right over the waterfront. A large bathroom leads off an open space living room with fireplace, very comfortable sofas and a dining corner with six upholstered chairs. A full wall of sliding french windows and folding venetian blinds opens to a very large terrace, looking down on to the boats in the Marina. The views from this terrace are quite splendid, beyond Old Lagos and across the Marina towards the Monchique range of hills in the far distance. This award-winning Marina complex features a very well equipped children's playground and a health club with gym and pool. Excellent golf courses within 5, 10 and 20 minutes drive.

Notes to the rental rates

  • Payment accepted in pounds or euros. Rates include weekly cleaning and change of linen for double bed, single beds and travel cot. When double sofa bed in living room needs to be occupied, there is an extra charge of 10%. Non-refundable deposit of 20% required to confirm bookings, balance due 4 weeks before arrival. A security deposit check of 70 pounds is required with this balance, it will be returned within 10 days after looking over the apartment upon departure. The apartment is available from 2pm on day of arrival until 10am on day of departure. Some flexibility is possible depending on booking commitments at the time.
