Ocean View is a brand new exclusive development of 6 luxury townhouses just yards from the sea and 150 yds from the village centre. There is a large shared pool which it is planned will be heated in the cooler months as well as secure under-ground parking for 2 cars for each unit.Units 2 and 3 are available seperately or are ideal for groups up to 12 as they are alongside each other. The beach, restaurants and bars are all within 5 minutes walk and the nearest golf course is 5 minutes drive (Boa Vista). The property is dominated by views of the sea literally 30 yards from the unit.

No 2 Ocean View is furnished to high standard. All 3 bedrooms have ample built in cupboards, adjustable air-conditioning/central heating and dressing table with mirror. Two bedrooms have sliding doors onto a balcony with table/chairs overlooking sea. All bathrooms include quality shower above bath with shower surround. The large kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and washing machine. The large lounge/dining room with a wood fireplace has free-to-air satellite tv, DVD and hi-fi has end to end sliding doors open to a patio with loungers and cane furniture again overlooking the sea. The bar-b-que is placed on a small patio to the rear with sliding doors to the kitchen. To the side of the units is the round swimming pool with grass area again overlooking the sea. The property can be entered directly from the basement with parking for two cars and storeroom.

Luz is a picturesque village with a beautiful beach, numerous restaurants and beach bars, as well as shops, supermarket and various sports facilities. The nearest golf course is 5 minutes drive with a further 5 20 to 30 minutes away.

The house with the beautiful view

We spend 3 weeks in this very well equipped house with a fantastic seaview. The location is excellent: just outside the little fisher village of Praia da Luz. Five minutes walk to the center and the beach about 8 minutes. Car is not necessary. The caretaker was very friendly and helpful. We had the best food in the Restaurant Atlantico: highly recommended. Because quite a lot of stairs, the house is not suitable for people with disabilities.
