With magnificent sea views Vila Serena is a luxurious Town House located in a very desirable area of Praia da Luz, an old fishing port nestling along the sea front which in more recent years has developed a village environment. It is densely populated by British Ex-pats, Portuguese and other nationalities, with the English language widely spoken. It is within a short walk to the heart of Praia da Luz and a ten-minute drive to the historic town of Lagos that has its own marina. Both offer sandy beaches, many excellent restaurants, cafes and shops, and community activities.

Situated in the west of the Algarve, Praia da Luz is a quaint village/ town in very desirable area. The property is located in a very select and smart complex of only 16 Town Houses within enclosed private gardens with a stunning pool. Each property has its own parking area for one car with the advantage of more parking for friends and visitors if required. The ocean views from this property are breath taking and plentiful as the property offers clear and uninterrupted views towards the town and seaside. A 20% deposit payment should be paid on booking, (non refundable), and the balance plus £200 refundable damages deposit is to be paid 4 weeks prior to the arrival date. In the case of short notice bookings, the full amount is payable on booking plus the £200 refundable damages deposit.

The keys to the property will be sent to you on receipt of your final payment. Your damages deposit will be returned to you after checking for breakages or damage and the safe return of the keys back to us. Check in time is 4pm on day of arrival or sooner by arrangement with owners and check out time is 10 am on day of departure.

Praia da Luz
Praia da Luz was once a fishing village but can now be described as a holiday village or town. It has a very attractive sandy beach that is approximately half a mile long, whereby palm trees line the coastal path. At the Eastern end of the beach there are spectacular cliffs and at low tide, rock pools are formed that will provide all the family with endless hours of fun whilst exploring. The beach and village area is serviced by plenty of cafes and beach bars or if feeling more flush then the plush restaurants will not go amiss. Travelling west you will find several small resorts, Burgau, Salema and Figura to name a few all with their own special charm and character.
Lagos
On the east of Luz is a very interesting walled historical town with its own marina. The town is famous as the place from where famous maritime explorers left to discover the new world. Lagos offers a lively and friendly night atmosphere and is only a ten minute drive away.
Golf Information:
Boavista Golf, boasts an impressive 18 hole Championship golf course with spectacular scenery and views of Lagos bay and the Monchique Mountains. Parque da Floresta (PDF) 18 hole Chanmionship golf course, with breathtaking views over the rolling hills of the West Algarve national park conservation area.
