A delightful three-bedroom link villa on the prestigious Boavista Golf Resort, a luxurious new development, midway between Lagos and Praia da Luz,and only 50 minutes from the airport. This beautifully furnished accommodation is situated halfway down the 1st fairway of the championship golf course and enjoys spectacular panoramic views over sea and mountains. The villa also has the added benefit of the use of the heated swimming pools and sunbathing facilities within the exclusive Fairview Village complex. Guests enjoy a 25% discount on green fees and a 10% discount in the excellent clubhouse restaurant and bar. The recently opened leisure facility, adjoining the clubhouse is also open to guests at a reduced fee, and boasts a large indoor pool, jacuzzi, fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room. The clubhouse is only a 3 minute walk from the villa.

The beautiful beach resort of Praia da Luz is only a few minutes away by car and there are numerous other small coves and beaches in very close proximity. If surfing is your sport, then a 30minute drive will take you to the deserted and highly acclaimed West coast beaches and surf schools. The old walled city of Lagos is only 2 miles from the village, where can be found sites of historic interest and many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Lagos also boasts a large and popular yacht marina and is still a busy fishing port.

Detail of Accommodation: The ground floor accommodation comprises a spacious lounge/dining area, kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 persons with patio doors onto a terrace, complete with substantial teak furniture, which overlooks the gardens and 1st fairway. The modern dining room suite also accommodates up to 6 persons. The adjoining fully fitted kitchen is equipped with Bosch oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and other essential small appliances. A further benefit is a useful utility / storeroom which is home to the washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The double bedroom has twin beds and enjoys a view onto the terrace and golf course. There is also an adjoining bathroom, equipped with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and bidet, which is also accessible from the general living areas.

The upstairs accommodation comprises two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. The en-suite (incorporating a shower, WC and wash basin) master bedroom has a queen size double bed and access to the balcony overlooking the 1st fairway. This balcony, due to its elevated position, offers a magnificent view over Lagos and surrounding sea and mountains. Two teak chairs and a coffee table enable guests to enjoy this particular feature. The third bedroom is fitted with twin beds and patio door access to the same balcony as the master bedroom. The separate bathroom is equipped with bath/shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. A further balcony on this floor is equipped with cane furniture and offers a view overlooking the swimming pool area.
