  • Bedding and towels are changed at both the beginning and again at the half way stage during a two week rental period. A welcome pack can also be provided Tea, Coffee, Fresh Milk, Water etc. on your arrival.
  • Following an initial deposit payment of 200 pounds to secure your prefferred dates a detailed information booklet describing everything you need to know about the property will be sent to you via return post. The booklet is extremely informative and details everything you need to know about the property: how to locate it from the Airport and how everything operates in the property complete with, for fun, star ratings on the many local restaurants, bistros, cafes and bars, together with additional information on internet connection cafes and where to watch the best sport etc.
  • Did you know that Lagos is only 3 hours drive from Seville in Spain? The drive is well worth the effort as you can enjoy the best of both an Algarve holiday experience and the added fun of a visit to one of Europes most fascinatiing cities.

  • Guests are spoil for choice as there are 4 bathrooms within the Villa, ideally located on each floor and either en suite, or adjacent to the 5 bedrooms. The modern bathrooms and shower rooms are beautifully furnished, tiled throughout to a high standard, with matching furniture and vanity units, with illuminated mirrors etc. There are two family bathrooms on both the ground floor and first floors respectfully, each have in-built shower facilities within the enclosure and also have wash basin, bidet and toilet. The downstairs twin bedded room is adjacent to the popular games room and features its own en suite shower room, with wash basin and toilet.

  • Each of the bedrooms within this luxury villa are furnished with matching beds, wardrobes, twin bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and dressing chairs where required. There are 3 large double bedrooms, and 2 twin bedrooms. The accommodation comprises of a ground floor double bedroom with adjacent family bathroom and a below floor games room facility which incorporates an adjacent twin bedroom, with ensuite shower room. On the first floor there are three adjacent bedrooms, each bedroom features two large sliding glass doors with in built mosquito nets. These large glass doors open out to a large outdoor terraced balcony. This balcony is a great place to meet and great in the morning, the balcony over looks the ground floor pool terrace and private swimming pool. The three bedrooms comprise of a master double bedroom, with ensuite facilities, a large double bedroom and a twin bedroom. These two bedrooms are adjacent to a family bathroom with shower facility, wash basin toilet and bidet.

Notes: The Villa has both a front/side gardens, and additional garden areas around the rear of the property adjacent to the swimming pool. There are also flowerbeds positioned around the BBQ area. With elegant palm trees on the side garden and an automatic irrigation system to ensure the flowers and manicured grass are kept in ideal condition all year around. The separate terraces are enjoying the sunshine with the swimming pool providing lots of fun. A pool man arrives twice weekly to ensure the pool is kept clean and is monitored for a correct chemical balance. The well lit and relaxing separate BBQ area is popular with guests and often used for outdoor breakfast as the kitchen is directly accessible to and from the BBQ area. The upstairs terrace is adjacent to the three double bedrooms situated along its length, giving guests the opportunity to have breakfast or pre dinner drink upstairs on the balcony, which overlooks the pool and its terraces.

What a fantastic time we all had in your beautiful villa, it was everything that you said it was.
It was one of the best holidays I have ever had, being able to enjoy it with all my family. It was great not having a car as we all had plenty of exercise. Thank you again for the lovely accommodation - hope to be back in the future. Ann Wetherall and family from Coventry.

Fantastic stay in Villa 'Casa Sarah' in 2009.

Myself & 8 others friends in their fifties stayed in this villa in Sept and it was everything we could have hoped for. The pictures did not do the villa justice and it was even nicer than we expected. Exceptionally clean and nice bed linen. We have been doing this for years and the girls said it was the best villa we have ever stayed. in The pool area with its lovely outdoor dining set and loungers was great, we had a few good nights there. The beach is a bit of a walk through fields and might not be great for bringing small children though its only a few minutes drive. You can walk to the town in about 13 mins but the road has no footpaths so would be dangerous at night. Otherwise I would strongly recommend this villa for a trip to Lagos.

Casa Sarh is a wonderful villa with a spacious living & sleeping areas set in a quiet cul-de-sac, within walking distance of the amenities in Lagos. I can safely say that, without fear of contradiction, it is easily the best villa that I have ever stayed at in the Algarve. The owner provided a very comprehensive pack with very explicit directions of how to get to the villa from the Airport. All details in the pack were completely accurate & the attention to detail was impressive. All inormation provided about things to do & places to eat helped make the holiday a wonderful experience. I would recommend the villa to anyone.

Wow, what a fantastic villa and resort. The villa was truly spectular and is situated in a quiet part of Albarderia. The villa is very private, well equipped and provided us with a fantastic base for our 2 week holiday in Portugal. The villa has a fantastic games room, 5 very spacious bedrooms and a large patio area. The pool is not massive but plenty big enough for the 8 of us. Our only dis-appointment was having to come home. Would definately recommend this villa and would come back again in the future.

We had a really lovely time at Casa Sarah. It's a beautiful house with a wonderful pool. Eveything you could possibly need is supplied. The house is very clean and exceptionally well furnished. It provided us with the perfect base to relax and also to explore when feeling adventurous. I would fully recommend this property and the service provided by Chris.
