The villa has air conditioning / heating, sea views from all floors and magnificent views from the roof terrace. The villa is furnished to a very high standard comprising; fully fitted kitchen, lounge/diner, second lounge T.V. with full sky package, hi-fi in both lounges and games room, poolside barbecue and patio area and a further barbecue / kitchen area on the roof terrace. Pool heating (Solar) is included in the price. Fully equipped games room with bar, darts, pool table, table football table and full size table tennis table. The villa also has its own laundry room. The garden has been professionally landscaped and has automatic irrigation installed. The villa was totally refurbished from top to bottom in the second half of 2003 including all floors, doors, new kitchen, new pool installed and air con and heating were added so now Villa Paz is a perfect property for all year round holidays for larger families, two or more families who want to holiday together or golfing parties.

Villa Paz is situated in the delightful fishing village of Praia da Luz in the Western Algarve . Just before Praia da Luz is a very historical/cosmopolitan town LAGOS. Praia da Luz itself is an attractive, elegant resort set around a large bay with a soft sandy beach and breathtaking cliff views but still retaining much of its original charm. Moving on up the coast is a delightful fishing village BURGAU, overlooking a small bay and sandy beach. Hosting good restaurants and bars. Further still you reach Salema and beyond that Sagres with many private and secluded beaches accessible in between. Lagos is approx 10 minute drive from Praia da Luz, whilst Burgau is approx 5 minutes away. The village itself hosts a wide choice of bars and restaurants, has 5 supermarkets, butchers and bakers. The morning market sells fresh fish and vegetables. The larger International Supermarkets Pingo Doce, Inter-Marche and Modelo are just a drive away to nearby Lagos.

Notes: Although not specifically constructed for wheelchair access since there is access to the kitchen without steps and there are three bedrooms, two en-suite and a separate shower room and a living room with TV on the ground floor with terraces opening from two of the bedrooms the ground floor would be suitable for wheelchair use, however the rest of the Villa would not be accessible. The swimming pool is 10 metres by 4.7 metres and has wide entry steps to the shallow end which is suitable for young children under supervision. All towels and linen are included (except Pool/Beach towels). Maid service is provided once a week including change of sheets every seven days and a change of towels mid week.

This is just a taste of some of the wonderful courses available. There are also smaller courses in local areas.

Had the holiday of a lifetime here, nice location and Close to Luz itself. Would definately reccommend it, we had a party of all ages and everyone really enjoyed it.
