The lounge and dining room are at the front of the villa and have fantastic sea views through the glass doors that open the full length of the villa. Both rooms open onto a large covered deck, overlooking the pool area, which catches the sun all day long. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops, new equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, microwave and cappuccino machine, etc) and a door to the summer kitchen/BBQ area.
The pool area is raised to give good views of the sea, and has a tiled surround. There are two hammocks, and numerous sun loungers and deck chairs, plus tables and umbrellas. There is a pool side shower room/wc, plenty of space for pool side al fresco dining, and poolside lighting. On the deck overlooking the pool is another eating area with table and chairs. The summer kitchen/BBQ is to the side of the villa and is very private. It has traditional calcada flooring, stunning pink bougainvillea growing up the terraces, two large tables for al fresco eating, a sink, outdoor lighting and power point. The garden has been carefully landscaped with mature palm trees, hibiscus, bougainvillea, and orange and lemon trees. There are four terraces, one by the pool, one by the BBQ, one by the master bedroom and one on the roof of the villa plus the front deck. There is secure car parking, in the villa's own driveway.
