On the select Vila Serena development in the charming town of Luz, this is a delightful townhouse with superb views out to sea. The property has a fully fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, comfortable lounge, downstairs bathroom, and hall. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the shared pool, and the main bathroom, with bath, shower, WC and bidet. On the roof is a sun terrace, again overlooking the pool, with space for BBQs. The property has been built and furnished to a high standard, has a car port to the front of the property, and rear patio facing the pool. The property is a five minute walk from the lovely beach at Luz, and is about 5 kilometres from the busy town of Lagos. In common with the rest of the Algarve, both these towns have many restaurants catering for holiday-makers, with the usual warm Portuguese welcome for English visitors. There are also, of course, golf courses nearby which welcome visitors.

Praia de Luz is a charming small town, with an excellent beach and pleasant restaurants. It is close to the larger port of Lagos, which has a modern marina and lively nightlife for those who want it. Luz is much quieter, although there is no shortage of facilities. The property is in a quiet but convenient development with private parking, gardens and pool, and excellent ocean views. The beach and town centre are about a 5 minute walk away, and there is a neighbouring hotel complex with gym and sauna facilities. There are 2 small but well stocked supermarkets in Luz, and larger ones in Lagos.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rentals may be negotiated for shorter stays, please enquire. A 50% non-refundable deposit is to be paid on booking, the balance plus £150 refundable damages deposit to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If you book less than 4 weeks in advance, full amount plus damages deposit is to be paid immediately. Keys and directions will be sent to you on receipt of final payment. Your damages deposit will be returned to you after checking for breakages or damage, and the safe return of the keys to us. Check out time is by 10 am on the day of departure, check in not before 3 pm. A cot, high chair and a baby walker are available at a weekly charge of £10 per item, or £25 if all 3 are required.Longer term lets during the low season may be possible at reduced rates, please enquire.
