The property is located in a very select and smart complex of only 16 houses within enclosed private gardens and own parking facilities. The house has spectacular pool & sea views, communal pool, 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes terrace off master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, spacious open plan lounge with 6 seater dining area, fully fitted kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. Iron and ironing board. The property is equipped with sky TV and DVD, music CD, terrace and patio furniture with BBQ. Travel cot hire £10 per week and £15 for two weeks

Praia da Luz is a small town with excellent facilities just 5 kilometres from the larger town of Lagos. There are lots of superb restaurants which have a range of good food, Bars and novelty shops with 3 very well equipped supermarkets. The beach is attractive, sandy and flat with large cliffs to the left, and is approximately half a mile long. There is plenty of beach activities in the summer months and sun beds and parasols can be hired for a small fee. The costal path is also lined by palm trees and various cafes. There are also very good golf courses close to Praia de Luz one being just 5 minutes drive away the Boavista Golf course and Parque de Floresta are amongst the best in Europe.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Rentals may be negotiated for shorter stays please, enquire. A 30% non-refundable deposit is to be paid on booking then the £150 refundable damages deposit to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If you book less than 4 weeks in advance the damages deposit is to be paid immediately. Keys and directions will be sent to you on receipt of final payment. Your deposit will be returned to you after checking for breakages or damage and the safe return of the keys to us. Check out time is 10.00 noon day of departure, check in not before 3pm.
  • Various Welcome packs are available on request.

This is a very well-equipped, clean, modern house on a small complex. The pool was lovely and never crowded. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but, as long as you're not loaded up too much, there's no problem. Local beaches very good. Nice Chinese restaurant opposite and hotel with facilities across the road.I would recommend it for a relaxing break.
