Quinta da Falésia is a 30000sq m farm extending right to the ocean's edge, located in a protected area next to Boavista golf, along a beautiful cliff between Praia de Porto de Mós and Praia da Luz. CASA VELHA is the original farmhouse, owner occupied at times.It offers 4 bdrms and 2 shower rooms, sleeping up to 10 people, ground floor dining room with fireplace and comfortable sitting corner, large upstairs living room, windows overlooking biological pool, gardens,fig carob and almond trees and the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen leads to lge. terrace with 2 ivy covered eating/BBQ areas . VILLA CELEIRO at rear,sleeps 5 in 2bdrms, ensuite study +mezzanine, spacious living room with eating island and lge.kitchenette. Terrace, BBQ, rockery and garden, open views to ocean.VILLA POCILGO,charming 1 bdrm annex, has a living room with open fireplace, 2 single divans and a settee, well fitted kitchenette, bathroom and a large double bedroom. Terrace with BBQ and eating area, same splendid views.

As you enter this spacious cottage from the terrace, there is a small corridor,open on the right to the living room area, a level below. On the left is the master bedroom with a small dressing room/study en suite, then the twin bedroom and at end of corridor is a full bathroom. Next, to the right, there are some steps leading up to lge. mezzanine/den with double futton and single divan. A small open staircase leads down to the livingroom and dining area and fully fitted kitchenette, including diswasher and washing machine. There is also a small pantry next to the stairs. The whole inside area of the villa is open space, except for the bedrooms and bathroom obviously, and because it is built on a slope, the accomodation is on three levels as described. Outside, the terrace with BBQ opens on to a rockery garden leading down to a lawn with a large pine tree in the middle, some bushes and small fruit trees. Outstanding panoramic views to the ocean, across the farmland fig and almond trees.

Yoga and meditation: Because of its location and the layout of the grounds, Quinta da Falésia could be an excellent venue for small groups wishing to practice both yoga and meditation during their holidays.

Golf: Quinta da Falésia is located between Boavista Golf Resort and the ocean. The nearest entrance to the resort is 3 minute drive away. The lay of the land at the Quinta enables those interested in practicing their game to use one area of it as a driving range. This option should be requested at the time of booking the holiday.

We had a wonderful holiday in quinta di Falesia. It is a great place with a marvellous view to the sea, nice garden and a wonderful natural pool. It is a really calm place ideal for people who love a special location aside from the mass tourism. You can reach the cliffs in 5 minutes walk, the next sandy beach with two nice beach restaurants in a 20 minutes walk. The path along the cliffs is fine for jogging too. The house is beautiful and big enough, that our two teenage boys had their place on their own and the parents too. The location is not far from the next supermarket and the town. But you absolutly need a car. It is also a good point to start trips tp the whole Algarve and even to Lisboa, if you want. We made many trips to the marvellous beaches at the south coast as well as to the west-coast, where the sea is more wild.
As it is a very windy place it was sometimes not possible to sit outside in the evening, but it is very comfortable inside too. The ownder was were kind and always helpful.
