Large villa situated in a residential area on outskirts of town
Semi-detached villa situated in a quiet residential area within walking distance of town, supermarket & restaurants. The property is totally enclosed with a small garden at front and side of villa, BBQ and area for dining 'al fresco', plenty of space for children to play. There are 2 twin bedrooms on ground floor, both of a very good size. One of the bedrooms has patio doors leading out to a large sun terrace with steps leading down to the front garden. The other twin bedroom has its own bathroom-en suite. There is also a separate shower room. The kitchen is well equipped and leads through to the attractive lounge which has sliding doors leading out to pool terrace situated at the back of the house. On the first floor is another twin bedroom with sun balcony which is quite private from the ground floor as it has its own small lounge with sliding doors leading to another balcony. There is also a separate full bathroom. The 8.0m x 4.0m swimming pool has built-in steps.

A major port and capital of the Algarve for 2 centuries, Lagos is now an important tourist town and historically one of the area's most interesting places to visit. A fascinating mixture of ancient and modern - buildings dating as far back as 1445 combine with the stylish new marina, paved promenades and designer shops in quiet cobbled back streets, making Lagos one of the most sought after resorts along this beautiful coastline.
