A modern 4-bedroom luxury villa (sleeps 8/10), situated in a quarter hectare (1/2 acre) of beautifully landscaped gardens. The property was completed summer 2004, and includes a large deck level swimming pool (including a slide) and practice golf hole. Other activites include table tennis, croquet, garden chess and home cinema. The villa is in a quiet location about 1.5 km from Palmares golf course, and about 400 metres from the beach. The property enjoys stunning views across an estuary to the fishing village of Alvor.

Lagos provides over 40 late night bars with (in the summer) a youthful clientele. A late night taxi from Lagos to the villa costs about 15 euros

Notes: The villa, completed in 2004, has a modern style interior with a more traditional exterior. On the main living floor are three bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin) each with an ensuite bathroom. The garden (lower) level (particularly suitable for noisy teenagers) has a bedroom (twin), shower room and further living/games room with table tennis, satellite TV, DVD and sound system. This living room can be used as a further sleeping area. For wheelchair users the main part of the villa is fully accessible and the garden, pool and lower accommodation area can be accessed by wheelchairs through a side gate into the garden.

This was a first class villa with outstanding views across the estuary and beyond to the sea. The villa is built to a high standard and had the feel of a luxury and comfort. The gardens are landscaped and have a touch of Englishness about them. The Manager greeted us on arrival, explained everything and even filled the fridge with beer and wine. We were in a quiet location and only 5 mins from 2 different kind of beeches by car, both very quiet. One with 2 small cafe's and toilet, the other totally remote. 6 adults and 4 children stayed in this villa for 2 weeks all with plenty of space not in the villa but also outside.
