Luxury villa with private swimming pool in prime position overlooking the popular beach at Porto do Mos, with its vast expanse of golden sands. Flanked by cliffs, this beautiful villa boasts of spectacular sea views. Built on two levels, this spacious villa has electrically controlled roller shutters and is air conditioned throughout. On entering main gate, there is a patio area with private parking with steps leading up to main entrance door. Leading off from entrance hall is a corridor to sleeping quarters and an elegant wooden staircase leads up to living area on 1st floor. On the first floor there is an open plan living/dining/kitchen with French sliding doors leading onto the top terrace with fantastic sea views. The terrace has its own outdoor dining table/seating and overlooks the beautiful swimming pool with its over-flow feature. The modern style kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven.

This fabulous villa, decorated and fitted to the highest standards, is located on a new urbanisation in front of the beach at Porto de Mos which is a very sought after area. The beach itself is accessed by steps and is only a 2 minute walking distance from the villa. There are 2 superb restaurants near the beach both serving international and local cuisine. Some construction in the area, not in front of the villa. The town centre of Lagos with its tourist attractions can be reached in 10 minutes drive by car. It has a seafaring tradition dating back to the 15th century and the ancient walls surrounding the town are steeped in history. There is a new magnificent Marina with a good variety of shops, cafes & restaurants where fabulous sailing boats from all over Europe can be seen. Further west are the seaside villages of Praia da Luz and Burgau with their picturesque whitewashed cottages and cobbled stone paving. For golf enthusiasts there are 4 excellent golf courses in the area.

Notes: There is air conditioning in every room that can be used for heating as well. On the balcony there is an outside dining table with six chairs, as well as a large (transportable) umbrella. Near the pool area there is a shaded area and a separate umbrella. 4 Chairs, two side tables and 6 loungers. There are stairs from the balcony down to the pool area that can be closed by a small fence. A carport for private parking is available on the plot itself.

This modern villa is very well equipped and the best point about it is the excellent location. Lagos town centre is very close by,a large supermarket is only a 2 minute drive away by car and the gorgeous beach only a 3 minute walk away. There is a good restaurant on the beach. The villa has very good views and the infinity pool is great. Please note that there is some building work in the vicinity but this was not a problem at all for us.The local representative was very informative regarding restaurant recommendations. The owner was very efficient and prompt when dealing with our various emails.

Excellent description of facilities for this superb and spacious modern villa.
Very clean and well maintained by maids with good local contact.
Responsive and genuinely helpful owner.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family as the local landscaping should soon be complete.
Beautiful place to escape and relax with the benefit of a poolside setting with great view or a 2 minute walk to a great sandy beach.
May weather was perfect for us (family with 3 children aged 10 - 13).
A very short drive to supermarket and the shops or restaurants in Lagos.

Lovely villa with nice pool and incredible seaview

A lovely villa situated in a nice ambiance. Great up-close seaview, a nice beach alongside the Atlantic coast. High cliffs provide you a view and feeling of the forces of nature. Walking along the paths on top of the cliffs you look down on the beach, sea and its breaking waves.
Coming back from the beach or town the attractive villa awaits you with all its luxury and comfort. A large balcony and overflow pool that can be accessed directly from the bedrooms. A nice and friendly town with a harbour and boulevard to stroll along. In short, everything one can wish for.

Two perfect weeks, Maria and Wil, the Netherlands.

This summer we spent two weeks in this beautiful villa. It was a great pleasure. The villa is furbished with very modern furniture, that's comfortable and enjoyable. The paintings on the walls embellisch the interior in a perfect way.
This together with a splendid location, almost on the beach, with a gorgeous pool, and with some nice restaurants in the neighbourhoud guaranteed two perfect weeks. We certainly will come back next year.
The villa is however less suitable for disabled peolple requiring wheelchair access.
