VILLA BRISA MORNA, built in 2001, is tastefully furnished and suitable for up to 6 people with 2 twin bedrooms and 1 double which has en-suite facility. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto the terrace area and pool. Located upstairs is a large lounge, dining area, kitchen, cloakroom & utility room. There is a full width balcony complete with patio furniture with south facing views towards the sea and over the private pool and gardens. The property is in small crescent, which overlooks the communal garden. This is available to guests. The villa is located in a quiet position

The villa is in a peaceful location and within 12 mins walking distance of the village, supermarket, beach and restaurants. The town of Lagos is only a 5km drive, which has numerous restaurants, a marina and the availability of many day trips. Two golf courses Parque da Floresta 7 km drive & Boavista 2 km drive from the villa. From 2009 the brand new Algarve Motor Park will be open with a full calendar of motorsport events including F1 the villa is ideally situated only 30mins from the circuit and therefore provides easy access for those seeking to visit this facility

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms accessed from a large entrance hall, have dressing tables individual reading lights and built in wardrobes.The master bedroom has a 4 piece en-suite with shower over bath. The two other bedrooms have a shared bathroom with shower cubicle.

Balcony: Positioned on the balcony are two tables with umbrellas, two loungers and 6 chairs. A further small balcony is at the rear of the villa overlooking the garden.

We spent nice holiday in Luz. Villa is in very good condition, so comfortable and clean. Just 5 minutes walk to beach and shops. Just 5 minutes drive to Lagos. Bigger town, where you can eat lovely diner, rent boat or get a sea trip. This villa is perfect for everyone who wants relax in beautiful and peaceful place. Thank you for great holidays. Joanna

We had an excellent stay at the Villa, it is very clean and well laid out. The facilities are brilliant. The rooms are very good sizes. You can walk to the town of Praia da Luz, where you can enjoy a drink. A short drive into Lagos, where the shops are great. A really good coffee in the square. You can admire the yachts in the Marina. Overall the holiday was excellent. Many thanks. Elaine and Jack
