Modern and spacious villa with quality furnishings situated in a quiet urbanisation at Montinhos da Luz, a five minutes drive away from the holiday resort of Praia da Luz. The villa is laid out on one level therefore suitable for the elderly or infirm, the exterior of the villa is paved with stylish Portuguese cobble stones, which is typical in the Algarve. There is a large lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. Both lounge & dining room have elegant seating and the open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. All bedrooms are double with plenty of wardrobe space and have their own en-suite bathrooms. There is a covered terrace for dining 'al fresco'. A perfect choice for families requiring their own swimming pool and being within close proximity of the beach.

Praia da Luz, situated to the west of the main town of Lagos, is a charming coastal village with all amenities necessary for the holidaymaker. It has a beautiful sandy beach with calm waters providing ideal conditions for deep sea fishing, windsurfing, sailing and swimming. The rugged coastline stretches to Cape Vincent, Sagres with many quaint sandy coves so there is always something new to see and places to discover. The main town of Lagos is a lively cosmopolitan historic coastal town with a dazzling array of excellent restaurants and bars. Steeped in a rich maritime history, Lagos is within easy reach of some of the best beaches in the region, Meia Praia, Praia Dona Ana, Porto de Mos and possesses one of the busiest marinas in the Algarve. Within easy reach are four well known golf courses in the area, Parque da Floresta, Boavista, Palmares & Penina for those drawn to the white ball and fairway.
