This beautiful villa with high quality furnishings is situated on a new urbanisation in the Monte Lemos area at Praia da Luz. The villa consists of 2 twin bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, and a double bedroom with full ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms, which are situated on the ground floor, have air conditioning, built-in wardrobes complete with safe and patio doors leading to the large pool terrace. There is also a small bedroom which is suitable for either 1 adult or 2 small children. The living area, also with air conditioning, is situated on the first floor and consists of a large lounge, separate dining room and large well-equipped kitchen. The lounge and dining room have patio doors leading to a balcony which has a wonderful sea view. There is also a covered area with built-in BBQ etc. cloakroom and shower facilities. On request, a safety fence can be fitted around the swimming pool area for families with young children.

Praia da Luz is an attractive holiday resort set around a large bay with flat rocky outcrops and a soft sandy beach. The village itself, originally a small fishing village is very quaint and made up of white washed fisherman's cottages. There are a wide choice of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bank, cinema, boutiques, gift shops & chemist. In the sheltered bay there are two water sports centres providing scuba diving, wind surfing, sailing and a host of other water activities. The nearest town is Lagos, at a distance of approximately 6 kms with is the 3rd largest town in the Algarve. The old part with its cobbled streets and flower decked squares have been beautifully restored. The town has various markets selling fresh fish, meat and vegetables and a wide choice of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets. There is a brand new Marina used by both local boat owners and holiday makers and along the coastline close to the town there are beautiful sandy beaches.
