Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Duplex. Bedrooms are on the ground floor with the living area above. South facing balcony and terrace for relaxing and out door eating. Praia da Luz is a lovely family resort with a wonderful sandy beach 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars in this family resort, together with shops and well-stocked supermarkets all within a few minutes walk. Our visitors guest book reflects the quality of the accommodation, location and facilities in and around the surrounding area.

Accommodation: The Duplex is very modern and comfortable. It is located in a very secluded quiet cul de sac and all the amenities and village life is within a few minutes walking distance. There is a terraced parking space and you will only need the car for venturing outside Praia da Luz. Being on the Atlantic coast there is always a sea breeze, which lasts well into the night. Even in high summer the evening temperature remains comfortable in which to have restful nights sleep.

Outside: The apartment is set in the Waterside Gardens and the surrounding gardens are attractive and well kept. There isn’t a pool connected to the apartment however there is a one available within walking distance in a hotel complex. This is available at a daily rate subject to availability.

Coast/Beach/Activities: Praia da Luz beach is a fabulous sandy beach with a palm-lined promenade. Wonderful for people watching. There are cliffs and rock pools as well as several bars cafes and restaurants. Numerous beach activities for the more energetic to enjoy. Watercolour painting courses available. Great local eateries. Waterparks, Zoos loads of other amusements. Tennis, horse riding, deep sea fishing boat excursions water sports all within the area.
