This is a pretty villa and is fully furnished, with kitchen, fridge/freezer and all cooking appliances. The house is on two levels, balcony with pretty countryside views, bathroom with wash hand basin and shower. There is a pretty garden in front of the house and a parking area. The lounge has a TV with satellite channels and there is a CD player. The dining table can seat up to 4 people. The balcony has lovely garden furniture and is ideal for dining and relaxation. The villa is situated in a lovely peaceful location, yet the beach at Praia da Luz is only five minutes away by car. The lovely town of Lagos, with its beaches and marina and restaurants and night life is only eight minutes away by car. Golf at Boa Vista Golf Resort is five minutes by car. There are supermarkets within a five minute drive by car. Faro airport is only 80 kms and the time to get to Casa Nina from the airport is about one hour.
