The Villa has its own private pool and has full air conditioning / heating. This spacious villa has a well equipped kitchen with room for dining, a large open plan living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD, Stereo system and seating for eight people. A purpose built BBQ is adjacent to kitchen at the front of the villa. The Upper terrace is accessed from the living room and has stunning views over the ocean and is ideal for al-fresco dinning. All the bedrooms are located downstairs with the front two leading to the pool, the rear master bedroom is en-suite and leads to the courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave & oven. The villa also has a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The roof terrace has spectacular views & offers sun bathers privacy for all day long sun shine.

The villa is located in Ponta Da Gaivota near the village of Praia da Luz and its sandy beach. The village has a range of fine restaurants and all local amenities. Praia da Luz is a fishing village with a stunning beach approximately 10 minutes walk from the house. From the house itself you can go for long coastal walks on the cliff tops towards either Burgau or Lagos. There are many beautiful beaches within a short driving distance, including the surfing beaches of the Western Algarve. There are 3 golf courses nearby, including the famous Boavista and PDF Course just 2 kilometres away. There are many places of interest to visit such as the historic town of Lagos with its daily fish market and wide range of shops. The mountain village of Monchique and the spa of the Caladas do Monchique, Sagres and the Lighthouse at Cape St.Vincent are just a short drive away. The main tourist resorts of the Algarve, Praia da Rocha, Albufeira, Vilamoura and Alvor are also nearby and well worth a visit
