This First floor apartment is situated on a well established quiet complex, just outside the Old Town of Albufeira, and offers a fantastic luxury holiday for families and golfers alike. The property is spacious with an entrance hall, open plan lounge and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and three terraces, including a private balcony with B.B.Q area. On site there is a large communal pool, children’s pool, tennis courts and private car parking ,along with well maintained gardens. The nearest golden sandy beach is only 20 minute walk. Huge shopping mall, restaurants, bars, takeaways and cyber cafés are all with in walking distance. The apartment is equipped with a security camera, air conditioning and is furnished to a very high standard ensuring a comfortable living environment.

Albufeira is about 40km west of Faro on Portugal's south coast. There are seven beaches in Albufeira and its environs. The finest beaches, Albufeira and nearby Praia d’Oura, are wide, long sweeps of golden sand with rocks in places. The latter is sheltered by ochre cliffs, with even quieter bays and beaches to the east. Watersports are widely available. Shopping in Albufeira is plentiful. There's a huge gypsy market once every two weeks, selling some unusual local handicrafts at reasonable prices. Look out for ceramics and the delicate filigree jewellery. Souvenirs are available in abundance,with traditional oil paintings in the town's main square. There are several supermarkets for holiday essentials and self catering guests. You won't regret purchasing some delicate wild lavender honey, produced in the inland mountain regions. Fresh fish is abundant in Albufeira. Additional information about rental rates

  • Notes on prices: The Price includes weekly general cleaning and change of linen/towels once a week. (Saturdays). On request, if extra cleaning & Linen is required during your stay, a further 50 euros will be charged. If further general cleaning only is required 20 euros will be charged per hour. For use of air conditioning, a card meter is provided. Change over day: Saturday to Saturday. the apartment will be ready by 1pm and should be vacated by 10am, unless otherwise stated/agreed.

    Towels and Linens are provided for your stay during months June, July, August, September.
    Linens are Only provided during all other months. (No towels are provided).
  • Clients Responsibility: When traveling abroad please be aware that you are in another country and that the Laws and Customs could be different to the UK. clients should behave accordingly and in a reasonable manner, to respect other property owners. We the owners have the right to terminate the holiday arrangement if the client causes distress, damage to the property or other property owners with in the condominium.
    The client should arrange travel insurance as we the owners cannot be responsible for any charges that the client may have i.e. car hire, flights, etc in the event of a cancellation.
  • A refundable breakage deposit of ?200.00 is payable per booking on the final payment. This is to cover any damage and breakages to the property, furniture or crockery. This payment does not cover any additional costs such as extra cleaning or damage cause by willful or negligent behavior.
    Fixtures/ fittings and furniture and towels must not be taken out of the apartment to be used elsewhere on the complex.

    Four sun loungers are provided for your own use only. Once finished with them, they must be locked up around some railings during your stay with the number combination lock provided. At the end of your stay you must return the loungers to the apartment unlocked ready for the next client. If damaged or stolen you are responsible for them.

    Please note that it is advisable to replace any items that have been damaged or broken before leaving with like for like items, as you will lose your full deposit for miner breakages due to insurance excess payment.

Golf: Algarve is a region internationally renown for its nature and gentle climate and has been asserting itself as an ideal destination for outdoor sports all year round, which make the Algarve the perfect golfing destination. The Algarve now boasts over 30 golf courses, with more opening soon. They are mainly concentrated in the central area of the Algarve, with golfers finding accommodation in the Vale do Lobo, Vilamoura and Albufeira areas. Albufeira, Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo are ideal for non-golfers whilst their partners are away on the golf course. Some courses are located in the Western Algarve near to Portimao and Lagos, such as Penina, Palmares and Parque Floresta, but are still within 45 minutes drive from Vilamoura, and are well worth a day trip to play. The winter climate especially, is ideal for golf, and the courses do get booked heavily from October until April. The Algarve was presented with the Award Worldwide Golf Destination of the Year for 2000!

I stayed in January 2008 and found everything in the apartment to be of very good quality, it is an easy 20 minute walk down to Old Town and Fishermans Beach, there is a travel agent at the bottom of the road who can provide airport transfers, I would recommend them. A large supermarket is just over 5 minutes walk away as is the tourist train. I would certainly stay in this apartment again it was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, it is also very secure, and in a quiet part of town, as I holiday alone this is very important.

My husband and I stayed at this apartment in June 2009.
It is extremely spacious with all the necesssary facilities for a very comfortable stay.
The apartment was also spotlessly clean and with a private locked doorway to the main blocks, felt very secure. The owner is very friendly and will email through a detailed information pack to help you during your stay. He will also give you the number of a local contact should you have any problems.
The apartment is approximately 20 mins from from the beach and old town which makes for a pleasant stroll in the sun.
The large "Modelo" supermarket is just 5 mins walk away.
There are some really nice restaurants in the old town - "Za-Za" is lovely if you enjoy Asian fusion and healthy cooking. It is opposite the "Atrium" and "Bank" bars. A fantastic restaurant called "Grandmother's House" or "casa da avo" is on the back street down to the Old town (rua do M.F.A.97). The service and food there is what you would expect in the best restaurants back home but priced moderately. You will need to book a few days in advance though if you want a table.
I would highly recommend Albufeira old town and this apartment. The strip or Montechoro area of Albufeira is better suited for teens and those in their very early 20's who want to party all night. If this isn't for you, best not go there!!

We booked this apartment, easter 2009 through Jackie and Tony who manage the apartment, they were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, we were met at the apartment by them and received a lovely welcome pack. the apartment itself was one of the best we have been in, 2 bed, 2 bathrooms, immaculate condition and very spacious. the complex and pool were kept immaculate. The only slight downside is that the apartment is a good walk to the old town, up hill coming back. We will definietely be booking with Jackie and Tony again.

A spacious, well presented & equiped apartment in a quiet area of Albufeira, yet a short walk (20 mins max) to the hussle and bussle of the "Old Town".

All the mod-cons required for everyday living are provided, along with the comfortable extras; ie. air conditioning, a secure safe, security camera along with interlocking communial doors to allow you to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the atmosphere of being on holiday; a safe yet accessabkle property, even secure underground car parking is provided should you need it (a car is not required - even for a young family). The swimming pool, pool side along with the gardens and grounds are a credit to the establishment.

Access to the "New" & "Old" Towns is an easy, pleasent experience; the walk is short and direct, even for a young family; A Town train (the kids will love it) and bus service can quicken the journey if the need arises; all necessities are catered for, eating, drinking, shopping, trips out etc.

Overall, a very impressive property in a very convienient location, would definately use again (and properly will), will definately recommend to family and friends.
