Accommodation includes free to air satellite receiver TV with all english channels, DVD player, stereo, fans, fully fitted kitchen/diner with ceramic hob and oven, fridge freezer,drinks fridge, microwave, toaster ,washing machine,tumble dryer & hairdryer. Through dining / living area with dining table and chairs leading onto balcony with outdoor table and chairs. Two bathrooms - one en suite - both with WC, bath, shower and bidet. Communal swimming pool with sunbathing terraces and separate paddling pool, outside shower and toilets. Landscaped gardens and private off road parking.Coin operated metered air-conditioning giving guests choice to use or not.

The apartment is in a quiet location in central Albufeira, close to beautiful sandy beaches and its abundance of bars and restaurants. A quaint little road train passes close to the apartment at frequent intervals, taking you around to the old town at little cost. Visit the picturesque old town with its cobbled streets and fantastic beach, and night life or a take a fifteen minute drive to the award winning marina in Vilamoura, or to the lively gypsy market and stunning beach in Quarteira. A car is not needed in Albufeira due to the abundance of facilities and in addition taxi prices are cheap. However, slightly further out attractions include splash and slide water park, zoo marina, go carting. Across from the apartment is an excellent restaurant where you pick your food and pay according to its weight. Just yards away there is an excellent australian restaurant that has different dishes. Just around the corner is a fantastic bakery and a cheap supermarket great wine for 1.25 euros

    Payment terms non refundable 25% deposit on booking the balance payable four weeks prior to the property being occupied,along with a returnable security bond of £100.00.in case damages/breakages which will be returned within two weeks of departure subject to apartment inspection.Bookings of less than four weeks require full balance to be paid on booking along with security bond.Occupancy of more people than actually booked will result in extra charge per person per night.
    Airport pick-ups . Meet and greet , welcome packs , cot ,can be arranged at very competitive rates.
  • Bed linen and towels are supplied on arrival for duration of stay ie 1or 2 wks supply,washing machine and tumble dryer are provided for convenience of guests.There is no maid service mid-week,if you require this service it can be arranged with the cost payable by guest,if required please inform us when making a booking.Please bring own pool and beach towels

Apartment was great, a real home from home and had everything you needed. Well situated for the strip as well as the old town. Got a taxi back from old town every evening and was only €3.90. Kids had a great time in the swimming pool as was never over crowded. Would definetly recommend these apartments and will certainly be staying again ourselves.

Fantastically located apartment, very well maintained and equipped
Owner is very helpful and uses a friendly helpful courier in Harald
This is our third stay in the apartment and will booking a fourth and the owner continues to improve standards including air-con and comfortable beds

Had a brilliant time staying at the Alta Oura apartment, Harald was extremely helpful and was available on hand if we had any problems which fortunately we never.. The apartment was like home from home with lots of extras that you would not normally get from booking with a holiday company, It was spacious and comfortable. The location is great, not far from the beautiful old town with its great restaurants and pubs and only a ten minute walk to the Strip with its variety of pubs.
I would recommend Cocunuts 2 a great pub just off the Strip if you are travelling with children, it offered entertainment for the children and the adults so all were happy.
There is plenty to see and do in Albufeira but would advise to go to the Zoo Marine , but one tip , buy your tickets before you are going from one of the kiosks as you will usually get them cheaper than paying at the gate.
Overall I would recommend this apartment because of its location and great facilities.

had a great 2 weeks in this very large and comfortable apartment , plenty of good restaurants on the strip 5-10 mins walk. most nights got 3 course meal for 4 people with wine for €50. janette can get you a good value transfare from airport. harold was very helpful.

A really modern well-equipped apartment. 5 of us stayed there, all adults.Bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance with an added bonus of a bakery around the corner providing fresh bread daily.Spacious balcony with a utility room at rear of apt providing washing and drying facilities. Would recommend highly to anyone wanting to holiday in Portugal.Too hot when we stayed in Aug.
