Bright, sunny two bedroom apartment in excellent area, close to restaurants, shops (Modelo Supermarket), bars and take aways all within walking distance. Double bedroom with wardrobe, second bedroom (box room) double bed and wardrobe in hallway cupboard. Modern bathroom with full suite including bidet. Bright, sunny lounge with dining area, TV and DVD player leading onto a excellent size balcony with sea views, and overlooking the manicure gardens, pool and tennis court. Sunny white kitchen, fully equipped with washing machine, microwave and Fridge Freezer, also has a table for four people, this also leads out to the balcony with barbecue. The property is only 15 - 20 min walk away from the local beaches and the old town. Property in excellent condition and would ideally suit family or two couples.

Sofa bed in lounge. The bathroom has a 3 piece suite with shower and bidet facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, iron/board. Fridge freezer Washing machine and Microwave. The kitchen has a breakfast table with 4 stools. The entire apartment has shutters for those late lie-ins. The condominium is serviced by a lift and passages have intelligent lighting. The condominium itself houses a small tea/coffee facilities by the pool in high season only. Shops, are only 100 metres away and include many takeaways and mini market. The famous 'strip' with its array of pubs, restaurants and shops is only 10 min walk away and 15 min walk to main Albuferia beach. There are also other beaches in close proximity Enquire now.

Spent two weeks in this beautiful two bedroom apartment overlooking the stunning pool and garden area with sea-view in the distance. Very centrally located, walking distance from shops, beaches, restaurants. Very nice, peaceful block of apartments. My fmily and I will definitely return. The apartment was spotlessly clean and tidy and had everything we needed.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

A Relaxing Week in Albufeira

Our family (made up of 2 adults and 2 young daughters) has enjoyed 2 consecutive summer holidays at this lovely apartment which is kept in immaculate condition.
We like the spacious and airy feel of the lounge and kitchen and even the washing up on holiday doesn't seem a chore with such a pleasant view of the pool area below and the sea on the horizon.
The location is ideal as a 15 minute walk will get you to the magnificent sandy beach and the quaint old town centre and we had therefore no need to hire a car.
A large foodstore, restaurants and take-aways are also within a 5 to 10 minute walk from the apartment which makes it a very hassle-free holiday and we will definitely be back again.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Myself my wife and 2 children had a 5 day break in June 08 the location from the Airport was not to far and easy to find, location within the area is also very good, situated halfway between the old town and the new one, both just a short drive away, or a good walk for the fitter among you, each area has lots of restaurants and bars and there is always something going in in the old town square to entertain you.

The appartment has fantastic views of the pool and tennis court areas and across to the coast, with BBQ falcility on the balcony, the accomodation is tastefully furnished with everything you need without being over fussy, we were lucky as it was just out of season, we had all facilities to ourselves, the weather was fantastic over all 5 days and during that time we still never really got to see too much of the whole area.

We would definitely go there again.

Our Holiday in Algarve

A beautiful and well maintained holiday apartment that was a home away from home. The master bedroom was bright and spacious with ample wardrobe space and a safe to store valuables which comes in handy when you don’t want to take your passport to the beach! The second bedroom slept my two children well. All the windows of the apartment from the lounge to the kitchen to the bedroom overlook the gardens and the pools.

My children really enjoyed swimming in the two pools, my older child enjoyed the large pool and it was lovely to have a smaller baby pool for my youngest. When we weren’t in the pool, we would walk to the beach. Albufeira Old Town is about 15 minutes walk. The road has cafes and shops on either side and some mornings we would sit and have breakfast before going to the beach. Overall it was a great holiday and my husband and I have already looked into booking for next year!
