Appealing small apartment block set on a hill overlooking Albufeira old town, ideal for family holidays and close to all amenities;beach, sea and town, which has many restaurants and entertainment. Also central for all Algarve golf courses. Apartments are furnished to a very high standard with open plan living dining area, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and most have satellite T.V. Maid service three times a week, which includes linen changed once and towels twice. The two bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool, and the one and three bedroom are on the ground floor with large private patio, surrounded by pretty gardens and quiet, spacious pool area which has a children pool divided from main pool, and poolside snack bar serving very tasty homemade snacks. All apartments are equipped with a safe. A local bus stops outside the apartments if you wish to explore without hiring a car. Car hire can be arranged.

Delightful two bedroom apartment furnished to a high standard with two twin-bedded rooms plus Z-beds, bathroom with bath/shower, wash hand basin and separate room with toilet and wash hand basin. The fully equipped kitchen has full hob/oven, refrigerator, microwave, grill, toaster, coffee percolator, kettle and washing machine. The spacious lounge/dining area is fitted with satellite TV and video recorder and CD player. There is a balcony with table and chairs for al-fresco eating and relaxing which looks towards the garden and swimming pool.

Nearest Train: Ferrerias, Albufeira at 6 Kilometres
Nearest Motorway: A22 at 5 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200.0 Metres

Albufeira is at the centre of the Algarve, with the Capital Faro 30 Km to the east and the Spanish border only 60 Km away. Portimao, which has large fishing port and Marina lies 25km to the west. A further 30Kms. brings you to Sagres and Cape St. Vincent, the most westerly point in Europe, where turning up the West Coast the sea is perfect for surfing. Moving inland to Silves, which was originally the Capital of the Algarve, there are steep narrow roads leading to a Moorish ruined castle. Traveling on North about 20Km brings you to the Monchique hills which separate the Algarve from the Alentejo, (a large farming area) Lisbon and the North of Portugal. From the top of Monchique there are spectacular views across the Algarve. There are several water slide parks and Zoo marine, the nearest being fifteen minutes by car. Taxis or local buses are very reasonably priced.

We stayed in a lovely ground floor apt in august, fully equipped, well maintained and Louise & Keith were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic holiday and will return again next year.

This is a very pleasant flat with use of a very nice pool which was in a pleasant garden setting and the additiion of a fenced off 'toddler' pool would make this an ideal venue for a family with one or two young children. The lack of a second bathroom was mitigated by the separate toilet. The property has Sky for those who can't do without their UK TV fix. The owner lives next door which is very useful if there are any issues and she was extremely helpful and welcoming. It is about a 10 minute walk to the beach (up hill on the way back!), but the pool more than makes up for that and the proximity to the town with shops and restaurants is very good. The kitchen was very well provided for with even an electric juicer!

The 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. It had all the items you would need for a 2 week or a long stay. The pool was lovely and not crowed at all when we was there. Also there was snack bar with drinks and toasties which were good value.

The property was set in the old town and for us that is the best part of Albufeira as lovely beachs and restaurants.

All I really need to say is that will definitely go back there again

The apartment was as described - beautifully furnished and with all mod cons. Towels, bed linen were changed frequently and it was kept spotlessly clean. The owner was extremely helpful and always made a habit of coming over to check everything was ok. When I mentioned there was not a hairdryer in the apartment the owner bought one the following day. There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols around the pool and the snack bar was more than adequate. The apartment was in an ideal location handy for the beach and old town but not right on top of them. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable holiday home. The only drawback I could think of may be the walk up and down the hill to the old town perhaps for the elderly or disabled.
