Beautifully furnished self catering water front apartment. Spacious and brand new, with fabulous front line panoramic views of the new Albuferia Marina and Atlantic ocean beyond. Fully furnished air conditioned (extra charge if required)and equipped for sleeping four self catering guests. The spacious lounge and dining room is 35m2, with ample seating, incorporating 2 corner sofas which convert to a sofa bed for extra sleeping. The TV, is flat screen LCD and wall mounted. With DVD and Radio/CD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances, dishwasher, Oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. All crockery saucepans and cooking utensils. Fully fitted. Just like home! perfect for your holiday rental. The bedroom has a picture window that overlooks the swimming pool and Marina beyond.   • Rates are quoted for the apartment and not per person.Apartment will be ready for occupancy at 12.00 midday on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.Only those guests registered at time of booking may occupy the apartment.The price includes cleaning service,water,gas and electricity costs but not air conditioning.To reserve the apartment a 30% deposit is payable and the full balance required 6 weeks before arrival.A £150.00 REFUNDABLE security deposit is required payable with final balance payment, if there are no breakages or damage it will be returned to you by cheque within 14 days from the last day of your holiday. If the holiday begins within 6 weeks from time of booking full payment is required.Payments by bank transfer and cheque,accepted.

General extra information: We can arrange airport transfers for you where the driver meets you in arrivals at the airport holding a name board and also brings the apartment key. Low cost flights from the UK to the Algarve are easily available on line from Easyjet, Ryanair and Monarch. Although a car is not essential I would recommend it to make the most of your holiday and see the sights and places of interest. A well stocked supermarket with every thing you could possibly need is nearby or a large Lidl store is a few minutes drive away. Sun beds and parasols are provided for your own use around the pool which has a shallow end aprox 1.5 metre deep and deep end aprox 3 metre deep, pool side shower and toilet. facilities.Swim with the dolphins at nearby zoo marine for a great family day.There are many beach coves to choose from so a wander along the cliff tops will find a pathway to a fabulous stretch of sand,many coves have an on beach bar where you can sip a favourite cocktail while observing a fabulous sunset.

We had a relaxing holiday in this well equipment and clean apartment and enjoyed the good views and watched the life in the marina.
We tried many good restaurants in Albuefeira but we
will especially recommend Ramirez in Guia
Everything has worked perfectly and we got a fine service by Camilla,
Super welcome vhen we arrived vith bread ,eggs, milk etc.
We will recommend you to rent a car.

We booked a stay at the very last moment, not having visited Portugal before. The handling of our booking and key collection was handled perfectly.

The apartment well exceeded our expectations in all respects and we enjoyed a relaxing 7 days. The apartment was well equipped and modern, and the outlook over the Marina perfect.

The Marina itself and the area around, is a fusion of different architecture, I would best describe as Miami meets the Algarve, with a twist of Art Deco. Vivid pastel coloured villas on one side and equally striking colours on the other makes for a striking outlook, which works.

The location is ideal from exploring the beautiful beaches at St Raphael and Galle, and close enough to walk into the centre of Albuferia Old Town.

Below the apartment complex, is a selection of restaurants, ranging from Pizza to Sushi. Reasonably priced and with friendly service.

We would thoroughly recommend a stay to friends and will return when we can.
