Whilst offering peace and tranquillity, it is within 5 minutes walk of the historic fishing village of Alvor and its maze of cobbled streets, lined with numerous traditional, shops, bars and restaurants yet only 15 minutes walk, from the beautiful safe, sandy beach, reputed to be one of the best in the Algarve. This 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, has been furnished to the highest standard. The spacious interior offers a large lounge with air conditioning/heating, Satellite TV, DVD/CD. Seperate dining kitchen, including dining table and six chairs, fridge/freezer, washer, dishwasher and microwave, shower/bath . The apartment benefits from 3 balconies, all with beautiful pool, garden and distant sea views

The fishing village of Alvor has it all. History, charm and tranquillity, combined with shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The harbour is renowned for its many seafood restaurants. Fresh fish is barbecued and served on the sea front, providing an idyllic setting for the spectacular sunsets over the harbour and bay. Stroll and explore the maze of cobbled streets and admire the beautiful features of the 16th century Parish church. The beautiful beach, with it's numerous beach bars, is just a short walkl away. Portimao and Lagos have an abundance of water sports available, as well as dolphin watching and yacht charters. Enjoy a jeep safari into the Monchique mountains, or visit the new Autodrome Internacionale do Algarve rated as one of the most modern and multifunctional race circuits in the world. There is also a travel cot and high chair for any little ones. The television, with Satellite, provides English TV channels. A DVD/CD player with surround sound and a good selection of DVD's, CD's, books and board games, is also provided for your entertainment. A table and chairs are located on the balcony outside the lounge, overlooking the pool. Sun loungers with cushions ensure complete comfort for lazing around the pool and a parasol is also provided for protection. Towels and bed linen is included. Please supply own beach towels. Iron and ironing board supplied.

Just returned from a week at this fantastic apartment.Ideally suited only 10 mins from town walking,local people very friendly and weather glorious even my teenage son was impressed!! Ideal situation with one superb restaurant across rhe road with home cooking and very reasonable.
Definitely to return to.

Just returned from a great 10 day break.
Apartment cannot be faulted at all.
Very spacious, tastefully furnished, convenient, but quiet location, nice pool area.
10 minutes stroll to restaurants and bars.
Would recomend this property.

Just spent 3 fabulous weeks in Alvour staying in this ideally located, tastfully decorated, extremely spacious apartment. Our family consists of 2 parents and 3 siblings aged 15yrs - 20yrs and the resort and accomodation had all we needed and more, everything is in strolling distance and there are so many places to eat out serving wonderful food, we were spoilt for choice.The weather/beaches are glorious and everything is so clean its like being in paradise. This is the 3rd year we have stayed in the apartment and the local's in the village are so friendly its like home from home. Just booked for next year, can't praise it enough - ABSOLUTELY BRIILIANT

We really enjoyed our stay in this apt. It was well equipped. Furnishings were of a very high standard. Good family location. We even got to see the Wimbledon final on the Sat TV. Would go back again.

Stayed in 2008 and found the property to be spotless with everything you could want. Location is ideal, a very short walk to reataurants and bars. Would recommend to anyone.
