Notes to the rental rates

• A Deposit of 30% is required at time of Booking to Confirm Reservation, with the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, unless by prior agreement. Payment is by cheque / transfer directly to our bank account.
  
• Check In is on Saturdays after 15.00 hrs on Arrival Day, and Check Out is by 12.00 hrs on Departure Day.
  We reserve the right to Refuse any Reservation requests at our own discretion.
  
• The letting of the property on this web site is intended solely for short term residential purposes of a special transitory nature – specifically self catering accommodation – in accordance with article 1095º, nº 3 of the Portuguese Civil Code.
