Notes to the rental rates

• * The rates above are for groups up to 4 persons (except July & August). Prices increase 7.5% for each extra person up tp 6 persons.
  A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking to confirm reservation. With the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival unless by prior agreement. Payment is by cheque directly to our bank account. Check in is after 12:00 hrs on arrival day, and check out is before 10:30am.Other arrangements are possible if no other guests are coming in/going out the same day. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Explore the South Westerly tip of Europe , the stunning beauty of Sagres and Cape St Vincent . Watersports such as snorkelling , swimming , and big game fishing are extremely popular along the Algarvian coastline, as are the many different boat trips that are available, so that the caves and grottoes may be explored. There are many Theme Parks and Water Parks, so you can be sure the children will be kept entertained.

Local Food

The local food can only be described as delicious , with a lot of variety to choose from, from Italian pizza and pasta dishes, local dishes Chicken Piri Piri, to the best barbecued catch of the day you are ever likely to have, or for the more heartier appetite succulent, mouthwatering steaks are in abundance, all to be accompanied by either a glass of the local wine or beer, what more can one say.
