NEW 1st FLOOR 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT (Villa da Praia)

This self catering apartment is set within a secure private complex. The complex is in an excellent location 300 metres from the beach, 300 meter to Alvor centre so a short walk to everything. It's location provides easy access to a number of top golf courses. The complex has a lovely garden area, which surrounds the 2 swimming pools. Accommodation consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room area with a dining table and a sitting areas that has 2 sofa beds. The kitchen has all mod cons and the balcony has grest views of the sunsets in the late, spring, summer & early Autumn. We provide bath towels, sheets, we have 2 types of heating, air-conditioning, a washing machine, 4 ring hob, an oven, a micro wave, CD Played, radio, DVD player, Satellite TV SKY, hair dryer, a safe, iron & Ironing board. We can organise transport from the airport if required

Alvor is a small fishing village, 45 mins drive from Faro airport with beautiful sandy beach that 4km long and has great facilities for eating and having a few drinks. Alvor has traditional cottages, cobbled streets, and picturesque harbour area with amazing sunsets all of this adds to Alvor unique charm. The Village has an excellent selection selection of restaurants with a wide variety of choice and the standard of food and service is very high. The bars are varied, with a good choice of live music. Alvor has facilities for tennis, windsurfing, and golfers are well catered for. Children will also be entertained at the numerous theme parks and water parks, at slide & splash, zoo marine and the agave shopping centre.

Alvor

The Algarve has a temperature climate almost all year round and boasts about 300 days of sunshine. Tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quietens down in winter. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Algarve are unspoilt and amongst the best in the world.

Local Food & Drink

The local food just has to be tried, with fresh fish straight from the mornings catch. Most restaurants have charcoal grills, producing some of the best food of the region. There is also a good selection of Italian & Pizza restaurants, Chinese Indian's and good Steak Houses. A lot of the bars have live music. There are also quieter bars for those who prefer the sound of good conversation.
