It's location provides easy access to a number of top golf courses. The complex has a lovely garden area, which surrounds the 2 swimming pools. Accommodation consists of one double bedroom, a bathroom, a living room area with a dining table and a sitting areas that has 2 sofa beds. The kitchen has all mod cons and the balcony has grest views of the sunsets in the late, spring, summer & early Autumn. We provide bath towels, sheets, we have 2 types of heating, air-conditioning, a washing machine, 4 ring hob, an oven, a micro wave, CD Played, radio, DVD player, Satellite TV SKY, hair dryer, a safe, iron & Ironing board. We can organise transport from the airport if required

Notes to the rental rates

• A deposit of 30% is required at time of booking to confirm reservation. With the balance of 70% to be paid 8 weeks before arrival unless by prior agreement. Payment is by cheque, or bank transfer. Check in is after 14:00 hrs on arrival day, and check out is before 12:00.Other arrangements are possible if no other guests are coming in/going out the same day. We reserve the right to refuse any reservation requests at our own discretion.

Alvor

The Algarve has a temperature climate almost all year round and boasts about 300 days of sunshine. Tourist season extends from March to October and it only really quietens down in winter. The wonderful sandy beaches of the Algarve are unspoilt and amongst the best in the world.

Local Food & Drink

The local food just has to be tried, with fresh fish straight from the mornings catch. Most restaurants have charcoal grills, producing some of the best food of the region. There is also a good selection of Italian & Pizza restaurants, Chinese Indian's and good Steak Houses. A lot of the bars have live music. There are also quieter bars for those who prefer the sound of good conversation.

Typical tourist Shops in Alvor, For A good days shopping go to the Algarve shopping center open 10.00 - 22.00 in the winter and till Midnight in the summer. There are plenty of shops and food eatery/restaurants.
