Luxury & very spacious 2 twin-bed, 2 bathroom air conditioned apartment with stunning views of the sea and estuary, set in the heart of the Alto Country Club. The apartment is 2 minutes walk from the swimming pools, restaurants and tennis courts, & only 5 minutes walk to the picturesque fishing village of Alvor. The superb white sandy beaches of the Algarve are a few minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. All guests benefit from use of the extensive facilities of Alto Golf & Country Club (tennis courts, outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym and fitness centre, health & beauty salon, & games room). The large sunny balcony has gorgeous views over the sub-tropical landscaped gardens across the bay to Lagos in the distance and is perfect for alfresco dining. Alto golf is a challenging parkland course close to the sea & the last to be designed by the late Sir Henry Cotton. The course is suitable for golfers of all standards. Our guests have access to preferential golf rates.

Less than 1 hours drive from Faro airport, and around 2 hours from Lisbon, Alvor is a picturesque fishing village full of delightful restaurants serving a huge variety of fresh fish and local dishes, much of which is barbecued outside. Additionally there are many international restaurants as well as bars which have excellent nightlife (we can recommended our favourites). The apartment is within easy walking distance of the town centre. The local sandy beaches with their many fabulous restaurants are within a 2 minute drive. Praia da Rocha and Portimao are close by and offer many shops as well as restaurants and nightlife. Within 30 minutes are the picturesque and unspoilt Monchique mountains, the historic fortress towns of Silves, and Lagos. The stunning surfing beaches of the West coast and Cape St Vincent are a must, and just over 40 minutes away by car.

A security deposit of £200 is required, refundable after departure clean and check. Price includes a once a week clean and change of linen and towels. Additional cleaning/maid service and linen/towel change can be arranged at extra cost. Prices are per property per week. Bookings across different periods are charged pro rata. 20% payable as a deposit. Balance 8 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable deposit will be required for the apartment keys from reception.
