Placed in a private complex with a very large communal pool & small communal children’s pool, and a huge garden! Situated only 300 meters far from the lovely beach of Alvôr, 200 meters far from the centre of Alvôr, where you find some of the best restaurants in Algarve. This very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment is really tasteful decorated! With the facilities of the air conditioning in both bedrooms and living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, you have everything you need! Only 2 minutes walking from the Alvor centre. From the large veranda overlooking the pool & garden, you can enjoy your fresh meals with a very nice sea view!

This apartment is located in Alvôr, just 200 meters from the village centre. Alvôr beach is only 300 meters far, 4 minutes walking. The lovely 3 irmãos beach is only 600 meters far. In both beaches you find modern wooden built beach restaurants, where you can enjoy some of the best fishes in the Algarve! The Alvôr Estuary River is just 300 meters far, where you can see the fisherman’s coming with fresh fish, on their quite rustic and old boats! Some of the best Algarve restaurants are located near the River, which makes the atmosphere fantastic and idyllic! Alvôr is a typical fisherman village, not spoiled yet, with pedonal little roads, where you find many bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, etc. The lovely Alvor church is one of the post cards you find in the Algarve. If you want to go to discos, or a bigger place, Portimão City is just 5 kms away from Alvôr! Around Alvôr, you find 3 very good golf courses!There are to many bars with Karaoke at night, in the centre of Alvôr
