Located in a penthouse over the beach, this apartment is unique for its location and view. Imagine yourself enjoying a sun bath, sunset drink or dinner on a cruise boat. That is the sensation you get from our large terrace, with the advantage of having the beach at your doorsteps. This cosy apartment is situated at the top floor of a building facing the sea in the old part of Armação. The beach is just across the street, stretching around 6 km to the right and to the left. Between the apartment and the sea, for the pleasure of your eyes, lies the old fortress of Armação de Pêra with its charming small church. The apartment has sunlight all day long, with the sun rising behind the sea and the wonderful sunset displayed over the water just in front of your marvelled eyes. All rooms have sea view and direct access to the terrace. Complete privacy in the terrace, not visible from other buildings. All photos shown are really taken from the apartment. Armação de Pêra is one of the best and largest beaches in Algarve. This apartment is situated in the old fishermen village, near the fortress and fish market where Armação still keeps some of its traditional flare. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and the old market.

The apartment is well equipped and has spectacular views over a large beach. Being a penthouse, is protected from street noise. It has a very good terrace. Very good access from the motorway. B.
