The apartment is conveniently located between the lively resorts of Albufeira, Villamoura and Olhus d'Agua, a popular upmarket residential area close to sandy beach and selection of bars and restaurants. Olhos de Água has many late bars and fine restaurants. For a livelier evening ”The Strip” in Albufeira is a 5 minute taxi ride, offering an excellent atmosphere of entertainment bars and nightclubs. Albufeiras’ “Old Town” with its whitewashed houses lining the narrow streets is 5km from the apartment. The Town Square has an array of cafes, street vendors, entertainers, late night boutiques, and music bars. The nearest supermarket, bars, and restaurants within 5mins walk. Majority of attractions are within a 20 minute drive, including Aqualand, Zoomarine. Additional information about rental rates

  • Reservations:
    A reservation fee of £100 per week is required to reserve your accommodation. The full balance of the rental should be made no later than 6 weeks prior to the day of departure.
    A security deposit of £100 will also be required with your final payment. This will be refunded to you after you have vacated the accommodation, provided it is in good order.
    Amendments / Cancellations
    If, after our confirmation invoice has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen departure date, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible.
    Should you wish to cancel your booking, please note that your reservation fee is non-refundable.
  • Loss / Damage to Property:
    Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item of the property or additional cleaning has been necessary, a charge will be deducted from your security deposit.
  • Air conditioning surcharge of £25 per week applies otherwise there are 2 Fans for free usage.
