This is a new apartment on the well established Clube Albufeira Resort. South facing and in an elevated position, it gives views over the resorts exceptional gardens. The patio area is well positioned with no passers by. It offers 2 twin bedrooms, (one en-suite) and 1family bathroom each with bath, shower, bidet and razor points. The lounge and master bedroom open onto the terrace and lawn area. Sun-loungers, patio furniture & BBQ are also provided. Comfortably furnished to a high standard, it has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine. TV Radio/ CD/ DVD player are provided. Cot high-chair and fold down beds at no extra cost and it comfortably accommodates 6 people. English is spoken by most Clube Albufeira staff and our manager is English and will assist you if any problems occur. Service includes linen and bathroom towels. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged upon request.

Near to the famous 'Fishermans Wharf' and New Marina, both are worth a visit. There are many Local beaches, and places of interest. Lagos and Portimao are within reasonable travelling distance. Albufeira town square has street entertainers, with puppet shows which the children especially enjoy. Local artist sell at a reasonable price. You might even take home a sketch or cartoon of yourself! Don't forget the local brew - PORT is reasonably priced, and you are hard pushed to find a bad tasting local wine, even at a £1 or 2.Eating out ranges from cafe style to restaurants, whatever you prefer, and you cannot leave without sampling the local fish, especially local sardines. Cheap to buy along with your beautiful fresh salad for your 'alfresco' dinner on the Patio!! The Barracuda has to be visited. A great welcome from Adam and Susy. Watch out for Mark & his sister Queenie. The best Sunday lunch & Sangria in town; good fresh cooked food all day. Chaps watch the footie and girls can shop !

  • Longer term rental rates may be negotiated with the owner. Long term winter rental available, is also available upon discussion with owner. Particularly suitable for retired persons wishing to spend winter period abroad. Long term renting rates available from owners. Please contact on numbers listed. We have had very successful long term renters who have returned to enjoy another stay.
  • * A deposit of ?150:00 is required when returning the booking form to secure your holiday.
    * A cheque for ?150:00 is required as surety against serious damage to the apartment. This is returnable to you when you have vacated the premises and after our manager has checked the apartment.
    * The final payment in full is required 8 weeks prior to departure.
    * A brochure - map and details of access and keys will be sent to you.
    * All money sent will be receipted to you.
    * We have an English apartment manager.
    * Airport transfers may be requested with booking, flight details should be forwarded to owner's as soon as you have them. Please do not forget to notify the owners of any significant changes to those times as soon as you are informed. Rate is payable to the driver at resort.
  • There is no extra charge for use of a safe, cot and fold down childrens beds. These are considered as a basic service and are included in your rental rate. Use of Club Albufeira pools, and poolside loungers, grounds and courtesy bus to the town of Albufeira are included in you rental. There is no extra charge in this apartment for use of air conditioning.

    CCTV is in situ at Club Albufeira and the reception is staffed for the 24hrs.

Notes: 'O Pavillhao' is on site for poolside dining during the daytime and also for the evening. It offers excellent English and international cuisine. Pool side snacks and ice-cream available. Pool table, weekly BBQ and 2 pools, including children’s pool and lifeguard during peak season. The Reception arranges Taxis, car hire, and arranges trips to local attraction such as ZOO MARINE, and SPLASH & SLIDE. A courtesy bus is provided by the club 4 times daily, to and from Albufeira Town. Camping Albufeira is accessible by footbridge between the resort and camping sites. It provides a supermarket, bakery and restaurant. If you wish, you may enjoy the disco and pool areas. It also provides a newspaper kiosk, craft shop, cash machine, and tennis courts. FAMILIES: This is a highly suitable apartment for families. It is on the ground floor and opens onto a patio area and lawn. The apartment is so positioned that there are no passers by so you have unique privacy that other apartments do not have. Windows have the usual shutters and grids for your added security. We also provide a safe free of charge. The pool areas have children's pools and life guards in season. The club complex has CCTV coverage and 24 hrs reception for your security and convenience. The area is also unobtrusively gated and fenced. GOLFERS! You are within easy striking distance of most of the Algarves Golf courses. There are 6 local courses at Valderama including The Millenium, The Old Course, The championship quality course and The Victoria which hosts the World Championships. Locally is Selgados and Pinta is not too far away. Car hire is reasonable and arrangeable for pick up and return at airport. LONG TERM LETS: Rates are by negotiation and very popular.

The apartment itself is on one level on the ground floor with outside patio area from master bedroom and lounge areas. Access could be possible for disabled persons, or a person with mobility difficulties. However wheelchair use within the apartment may prove difficult. The floors of the apartment are tiles throughout and consideration should be given to this if walking sticks are used. Access is possible for a disabled person if using a car, as they may drive to the door of the apartment and park at front door.

Other Activities: Local Tennis, 10 Pin Bowling and Cinema The 'Strip', restaurants, shops & nightlife are near and many local restaurants with international cuisine.
