Beautifully appointed new 3 bedroom air conditioned apartment on the superb family complex of Club Albufeira. This apartment is furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes 3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and 2 bathrooms. There are private balconies/terraces to all bedrooms with patio furniture and very pleasant garden views. A fitted and equipped kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster plus all kitchen utensils and linen.Washer/dryer and iron. Large spacious lounge/diner equipped with SKY TV, CD player and double sofa bed. There is also a small area, which has been used to integrate bunk beds. Cot also available. Very close to 3 swimming pools, pool bar and 'Pavillhao' restaurant which offers superb food in beautiful surroundings (BBQ night Wednesday).Mid week towel change included. Parking adjacent to apartment but car not essential as town/beach within short walk. Welcome pack and airport transfers available on request

The property complex is situated within easy reach of Albufeira old town with the new town not far beyond. Albufeira has something for everyone. The old town is ideal for families and those who enjoy a very friendly laid back atmosphere with a huge selection of wonderful restaurants. For those who enjoy a more lively night out the new town is also easily reached. The Algarve shopping complex with its cinema, bowling alley, retail stores and fine restaurants is within a short drive. There is also a well stocked supermarket and a fresh bakery close at hand. The 24 hour reception can arrange many excursions including water parks, Zoo Marine and boat trips. Many superb golf courses for which the Algarve is renowned are within easy reach. Salgados and Balaia courses are only 10 minutes away. Many glorious sandy beaches for which the Algarve is famous are also easily reached.

Availability all year and change over days are flexible, although limited to Saturdays in peak season. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £100 damage deposit cheque payable 8 weeks before holiday, refunded within 14 days subject to inspection of apartment. Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Small welcome pack provided at a supplement, transfers available at a cost of 70-90 euros return dependant on size of party(payable locally). Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and to be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.

It is also ideal all year round for golf enthusiasts due to its proximity to a very large selection of courses and its record of all year round sunshine.

A lovely clean spacious appartment, this was ideal for our party of five who wanted three bedrooms. It is close to one of the club's really nice swimming pools and has everything on site to meet your needs. Simon, the owner was really friendly and helpful with all the arrangements and organised a very efficient transfer for us from the airport. I would definitely recommend this property.
