South facing T2 (sleeps 6) non smoking apartment is situated on the beautiful Complex of ‘’Clube Albufeira’’ close to the Old Town of Albufeira and Fisherman’s Beach.. The apartment has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard and includes 2 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 Bathrooms (one en-suite). A fully fitted an equipped kitchen with Electric cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster plus all kitchen utensils and linen. Large spacious lounge/diner with traditional Portuguese wood burner, dining table that seats 6 people, Satellite TV and a Sofa Bed. Patio doors lead straight out from the lounge onto a small south-facing garden with patio furniture and pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Close to the 4 large swimming pools, pool bar and fabulous restaurant, which offers snacks and a full ‘A la Carte’ menu including Sunday lunch and weekly BBQ.

Complex Facilities.: At the heart of the resort is `O Pavillhao` an excellent poolside restaurant and bar serving everything from snacks and ice cream to international cuisine and traditional English Sunday Roast. Pool table and football table. Weekly BBQ, live entertainment in the high season. The resorts other large pool area with two Jacuzzis also has a snack bar. Two other pools on site, one with snack bar and one with a restaurant. Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to local attractions such as Slide and Splash, Zoo marine, boat trips, golf tee times, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Albufeira´s Camping facilities opposite the resort (access via footbridge) are available to Clube Albufeira guests at no extra charge and include supermarket, restaurant, disco, large pool area, children’s sandy play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis and football courts. Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days is flexible and availability is all year.

Transport.: Free shuttle Bus service which runs regularly to and from the centre of Albufeira. Taxi fares to anywhere in Abufeira Town average only €5 Euros. For further information please contact us via email or telephone.

Excellent holiday at Club Albefuria

We stayed at Club Albefuria for 10 days commencing 20 July 2009.

The apartment is well set out and has all the things you need for a relaxing and enjoyable self catering holiday. The kitchen is well equiped and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms is a real bonus especially with teenage children! The apartment was as good as it looked in the photos and better than apartments i've rented elsewhere.

The complex is kept immaculate, especially the pools which are cleaned daily. The staff are all very friendly and we soon settled into the relaxed way of life!

The owner provided excellent customer service and was happy to answer any questions we had. I would recommend this apartment to a friend and will definately be returning in the future.

A 5 minute taxi drive gets you to the centre of town where you are spoilt for choice with restaurants, bars and shops, and also a lovely sandy beach.

I would like to thank Sarah for allowing us to stay in her apartment - we had a fantastic holiday, just sorry it's over!

Fab Apartment !!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful apartment with sun trap balcony!! Very well furnished with air-conditioning, washing machine, microwave, TV and DVD player. We also found it very useful having two bathrooms !!
Lovely complex with well-maintained gardens and four pools of which 1 was heated - all staffed with helpful and friendly life guards. The pools also have lovely restaurants.
Free shuttle bus into Old Town is useful, or taxi only costs 4 euros. Old Town has a lovely beach and some fabulous restaurants.
Shopping Algarve is well worth a visit (about 10 minutes away) and Slide n Splash too.
We had a lovely relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families.
It was a pleasure to deal with the owner - great customer service

Just wanted to say what a great time we had at Club Albufeira. Fantastic location, spent quite a few evenings in the old Albufeira town which was a short distance away, it has great bars and restaurants. My boys loved the swimming pools and were more than happy to spend the whole day there, while their Dad and Mum lazed around the pool - very relaxing. Apartment very clean and welcoming. Spent many a night out on the terrace drinking wine. If you go with children I would recommend a visit to Slide and Splash, great fun. Would definitely like to come back again.

Well equipped apartment in a great location. Is an ideal base for any type of holiday - whether lazy or active. Would suit families, couples, groups, whether spending time round the pool or on the beach, touring the area or playing golf.

Would go back.

Bad Long Term Stay

For a long term holiday you would wish the accomodation to be as comfortable as you own home. Reading the description and details for this apartment my wife and I thought we had " ticked all the right boxes "---how wrong we were.
Being two 60 year-olds we were looking for a " home from home " place to stay for the months of February and March in a relaxed manner in a location and apartment fairly close to the amenties like supermarkets, shops, restaurants,bars, nice walks etc.
However, the resort is built into a hill and remote from the town. There were few facilities open. There was no heated pool. The free bus ran only once per day. You had to travel by public transport ( I bus to get into the Old Town, 2 buses to get to the Strip and anywhere else )
The accomodation was not up to the standard we expected from reading the description. On arrival we had to scrub the kitchen sink. The toaster was full of crumbs and had to be cleaned. The fridge was not working properly and had to be defrosted on a number of occasions. We had to buy and replace light bulbs and batteries frequently.The sofas were very uncomfortable. I had to replace screws on the patio shutter door. The key for the front door of the apartment ceased to work and we had to hang around for someone to come and replace the lock------we were supposed to be on holiday !! We actually left the apartment in a better condition than we found it.
The final straw for us was when we came home the owner refused to return our £100 "damages deposit " even although there was no actual damage done. We have never had any problems getting our deposit back in the past.
The weather was very good !!
Owner's Response: I am very sorry the couple did not enjoy their stay. Should anyone have any questions regarding the complex or its proximity to town etc please feel free to ask before booking to ensure you will get the holiday you are looking for.

Should you have any problems in the apartment everyone is supplied with a telephone number of my management company. Once they have been informed of any problems they will come out and rectify them as soon as possible. They have a key so there is no need for you to wait in for them. You are on holiday i do not expect you to sort out any problems.

Just to clarify there are 4 pools on site, only one of which is heated during the winter. It is situated at the top of the complex.

The courtesy bus runs twice a day. The local public bus stops outside the complex every half an hour. It actually does a whole loop of Albufeira so if you don't get off you'll end up back at the resort.

One important fact is the apartment is strictly non smoking as stated in the advert. Should anyone smoke in the apartment during their stay the damages deposit cheque will be withheld for extra cleaning costs.

The apartment is our family holiday home and we like our guests to enjoy themselves as much as we do during their stay.
