Beautifully furnished first floor two bedroomed apartment in a superb location on the popular Clube Albufeira resort. Situated above the new three pool complex (one heated pool in Winter) with snack bar called`` Albufeira Village`` this apartment has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen complete with fridge,freezer,microwave,dishwasher,oven, hob,washing machine and dryer. The spacious lounge/dining area has a sofa bed, tv with dvd player, table and seating for 6 and quality furnishings. There is a large south facing balcony overlooking the pools with patio furniture and BBQ. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom with provision to hire a cot and high chair. Two bathrooms (one ensuite with jacuzzi). Air conditioning and heating. Maximum occupancy 6 persons.

Clube Albufeira is situated just a few minutes drive from the Old Town Centre and its famous Fishermans Beach and picturesque narrow cobbled streets with numerous restaurants,bars and shops. Courtesy bus and public transport are readily available making car hire not essential. On site restaurant, snack bars, poolside bars and nearby supermarket are all within easy walking distance. The Algarve Shopping complex with cinema, bowling alley and retail shops is only a 5 min drive away.

Changeover days are flexible and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £100 deposit cheque against damages payable 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after departure if all is well in apartment. Prices are inclusive of all utilities. Arrangements for golfing holidays, including course tee times and return transport to most courses can be arranged at very competitive prices, please ask for details. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

At the heart of the resort is Ò Pavillhao`an excellent poolside restaurant and bar serving everything from snacks and ice cream to international cuisine. Pool table and football table. Weekly BBQ and live entertainment in the high season. The resort has three other large pool areas both with snack bars and bars and a Portuguese Restaurant. One pool with two jacuzzis and one heated. Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to local attractions such as the four Water Parks, Zoomarine (where you can arrange to swim with the Dolphins), boat trips, golf etc. Staff are friendly and helpful.Camping Albufeira`s facilities opposite the resort (access via footbridge) are available to Clube Albufeira guests at no extra charge and include supermarket, restaurant, disco, large pool area, childrens play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis and football courts.
