Dunas Douradas is a luxury development situated on the Algarve coast, 25 minutes from Faro Airport. Located in the 'Algarve Golden Triangle' conveniently between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago where there are many varied facilities. The spacious apartment is on the ground floor and extends off the terrace on to the lawn. The main bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has twin beds with an adjacent shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge/dining room is comfortably furnished and there is a Fogo Montanha fire place, Satellite TV (50 channels including UK terrestrial) and a music centre. The magnificent Roman style resort pool is 80m away and there are 2 floodlit tennis courts. There is a pool side bar and restaurant. The long sandy un-crowded beach is 10 minutes walk away. Maid service is provided mid-week with a change of towels. Linen is changed weekly

  • Sunday arrivals incur a cleaning supplement of £50.00. This is because the rates we have to pay for maid service are double on Sundays and 5 hours cleaning is scheduled for a departure clean and arrival pereparation
    Rentals of less than 5 days incur a supplement of £40.00 to cover end of stay cleaning.
    High season rentals usually require a week-end changeover
  • A deposit of 20% of the rental is required to confirm the booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to the commencement of the rental.
  • Young Persons. The apartment is not available for rent by groups of young persons under the age of 30
