This spacious first floor apartment is situated in a quiet location of the resort, and its terrace overlooks landscaped gardens. It is within a short walk to the main clubhouse of Dunas Douradas, where you will find a huge outdoor pool, tennis courts, restaurant, bar and main reception. It is within a 20 mins. walk to the beach or 5 mins. drive. The mini market is beside the clubhouse. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom, and the guest bedroom has twin beds and an adjacent shower room. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units. A brand new kitchen has been fitted and is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. The lounge/dining room is very comfortably furnished and has satellite flat screen TV and DVD player. The main sofa has a pull-out single bed. The terrace is covered and has a garden outlook and is furnished with chairs and table.

There is a small mini market near the main Clubhouse. It stocks the basics, mostly drinks

TENNIS

There are two tennis courts within a 3 minutes walk from the property. A resident coach is available. The courts can be booked through the main Reception. Within a 5 minutes drive are the 14 courts of the Vale do Lobo Tennis Club and there are weekly programmes of coaching and competitions. In Quinta do Lago, there is also Jim Stewarts Tennis Academy for weekly roll-ups.

RESTAURANTS / ENTERTAINMENT

There is an immense choice of restaurants for all tastes and prices. Information and recommendations are available form Reception or found in the property. There are two shopping centres within a 10 minutes drive from the resort. At the Buganvilia shopping centre you will find cafés, an Italian restaurant, a Chinese restaurant, and an upmarket Japanese Sushi & Steak house. In addition, there are 2 nightclubs, one that particularly caters for the youngsters. A more recent addition is the Quinta shopping centre. An elegant area of luxury shops and restaurants, outdoor cafés and potted trees, creating a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy lunch, dinner or just an evening drink at the nearby pub, the Melting Pot. Here you will also find 3 very upmarket restaurants, catering for most palates. If all you're looking for is a lunchtime salad or baguette, the Délifrance is the perfect place.
